Almost two weeks had passed when Detectives Hannigan, Fitz and Skates walked into the Canyon County Jail and requested that Juan Garcia be brought into the Sheriff's interview room.
Juan’s Public Defender Ozzie Kryer was waiting in the jail hallway with Canyon County Prosecutor Walter Colvins.
The door was opened and the Detectives, Public Defender Attorney Ozzie Kryer and Prosecutor Walter Colvins filed in.
Juan Garcia was brought into the room through a heavy metal door and he sat down beside his attorney.
He slid the handcuffs he was wearing up and down as if his skin was starting to chafe.
