Chapter 52
Carlos Guzman was released from Kadlec Hospital in Quincy,Washington after surgery on his shoulder after spending four days recovering.
Two Deputy U.S. Marshals had arrived at the hospital with a transport van.
He was immediately arrested on a federal charge of trafficking in controlled substance and transported and booked into Canyon County jail.
“Why am I facing a federal charge?” he had asked the arresting Deputy U.S. Marshal.
“A search warrant was served at your house in Othello and meth packages wrapped with Sinaloa Cartel stamp markings were found.
