The next morning, Mark started the meeting at Jackie and Mark’s suite where there had been a long table placed as a location for files, printers and laptop computers.
“Let’s assemble a list of all the information we have received that proves Dustin’s innocence and provide the police investigators with the evidence to prosecute Ryan Bates and Juan Garcia,” said Jackie.
Colin got up from behind his laptop and stood at the front of the room with a large whiteboard on a tripod. “Let’s just go down the list and I will write the points on the whiteboard,” he said.
1. Dustin can prove he was in Pendleton, Oregon at the gas station at 6:00 A.M. on December 28th because was identified on the gas station video, and the meal receipt for 6:45 A.M. from the Sunrise Café.
