Third Person's POV
Hatori go back to their house and decided to burry his brothers and her mother in their front yard. He cleaned the house and remove the stench left by the demon and stench of blood that make him sick. He is sure that he will recognize the scent of the demon and he'll find to get Nikumi back and revenge for his Family. After removing all the blood all over the house, Hatori packed some of his things along with Ino's axe for his journey. He decided to go on a journey to find his sister. Along with his vengeance and determination, Hatori promised in front of his Family'grave that he will kill the demon who took them from him.
He's ready to leave when he gazed at Nikumi's room. It is clean and not a single stain of blood in there. A purple hair ribbon. He took it as it's Nikumi's favourite ribbon.
HATORI'S POV
I don't know how to start but at least by holding Nikumi’s ribbon is giving me hope. I promise, I will bring Nikumi back. It's time to leave, I closed nikumi's bedroom and after memorizing her scent.
"Hatori." I stopped when I heard someone whispered my name.
I'm all alone and I'm not familiar with the voice. I was thinking it's just my delusion since I'm exhausted. It maybe my imagination so I ignored. I walk towards our front door and locked the door. I'm about to go out through the back door when I heard a noise underneath the floor. I sniffed but all I can smell is old wooden floor and ash from the charcoal.
"Hatori." This time it's louder. I bent down on my knees and tried to peek in between of the wood on floor. It's dark but I'm sure there is something in the basement. I can hear noises from metal but I can't smell anything.
The basement has no door or passageway to go down. It is just a mere basement and I can't remember that it exist until now that I'm hearing things from there.
I heard some chains and its getting louder like it's getting closer to me. I pushed my self away and stood on the table. I heard loud and heavy steps and the table is shaking. I gulped but still I'm trying to calm as long as I could. After a few seconds it suddenly stopped and it became too quiet. I went of the table and I took the iron claw next to the firewood and tried to lift the wooden floor. When I lifted a wooden floor I repeated it until I removed four. It's wide open now but I can't see anything aside from it's dark. I took a few firewood and drop it so I can calculate if it's deep. It reached the floor in an instant so I can say it's bot too deep. I lit one of the lamp and tried go down, my hands are still holding the floor when I decided to jump. I almost fell on the floor but I managed though.
"Hello?" I said but my voice just echoed. I can hear my footsteps and my breath loudly because it is too quite down here. I walked forward holding the lamp on my left and axe on my right hand.
The sound of chains are getting louder and I can heard some growling and heavy breathing.
"Hatori, I know your name is Hatori." I stopped and move the lamp around to look for the owner of that voice. It's husky and big and the voice sounds like a growling wolf.
"Who's there!?" My voice once again echoed.
"I know you are the one that will set me free." The voice replied.
"Who are you!?" I asked but still I can't see anything.
I heard a very loud rattle of chain coming from in front of me. I quickly stepped back away because o fear when a hairy monster showed up right in front of my face. He is trying to bite me because of the chain on his neck he wasn't able to get me. He tried to reach me using his claws but he can't. I gulped and punched my self in relief that he wasn’t able to reach me. My heart is racing in nervousness and I was really surprised.
"Come here, you bastard. I'm going to eat you alive!" He said angrily, greeting his teeth and it’s sticky slimy saliva coming from his mouth.
"Who are you!?" I didn't feel any fear towards this one, he looked like a wolf but his hair and fur are long. He was like a beast that hasn't gotten any hair cut for years.
"Let me have bite! I'm hungry and I haven't eaten for 20 years!!" He said salivating from hunger. He's not scary, I can't feel any harm from him.
"Who is stupid enough to let themselves eaten by beast?" I said. I put down the lamp and that's the time I saw the chain that is connected to his neck.
"Never mind, get out of here! I'll go back to sleep for the next 100 years!" He said and turn around and walked away.
My eyes seem had already adjusted in the dark, I followed him as he lay down the corner and glare at me.
"Why are you chained in here?" I asked but he ignored me and he move to face the wall. "This place is quite shabby, dark and dirty."
"Why? Do you think a demon like me would sleep on the bed, cover a blanket and cook human food?!" He said sarcastically. I wanted to laugh because he is quite a joker and he got this vibe that is telling me not to fear him. The more he shout the more he looks like an idiotic demon. He looks like a lion because of his yellow fur and long hair.
"Demon aren't supposed to, I know!" I replied. "Hey! I'm talking you!"
"Can you keep it down? I'm sleeping here, you know!"
"You just tried to eat me a while ago!"
"You don't look tasty at all, boy." He said. Unbelievable! He is annoying and harmless but whatever he says is really irritating. "Just let me out of here and I'll find some human outside that might be tasty unlike you." He said and faced me.
"How can I do that if you just said you'll hunt humans!?" His eyes widened and smiled.
"Hey, hey I'm joking!" He said while smiling awkwardly. "I'm a good demon and I don't eat humans. I don't drink blood."
"You just tried eating me, moron!" I pointed his while shouting at his face. “Just a minute ago!”
"It's a bluff, moron!"
"I don't believe you!"
"I don't care!"
"I have to go, I'm wasting my time to you! Good demon my foot!" I said and started to walk away. I had never heard of a good demon, never! There's no good demon, all demons slay and eat humans that is they were called demon.
"Then, you should ask Satoshi!" He said. I stopped and looked at him.
