Zaiden Black
I don't have any words to express my feelings. Both my sisters were coming to me. I'm going to do everything I missed with them. I am going to be the best brother possible. They were my everything, and they are back. What else do I need?
Everyone is ecstatic about their arrival after Xavier announced it. Right when we were about to finish dinner, Blake entered.
"I have got the information you asked for." He informed Xavier. He is our best man. I nodded for him to continue. "The sisters led a normal life—not a lavish one, but a simple one. But the twins are opposite poles!" He sighed.
"What do you mean?" I asked.
"Alexandra, she is deaf but innocent and calm. She is perfect at everything. She scores well, and she is good at sports too. She is soft-spoken, naive, and sweet. She is very helpful. Beige and brown are her favorite colors." His words brought a smile to all our faces. That's my sister. ALEXANDRA BLACK.
"But the other twin, Amanda, is the opposite." I raised an eyebrow at him, and the rest listened carefully. "Amanda, she is the girl you don't want to cross paths with. She is not great in any of her subjects and doesn't care about sports. She is not as calm as the other, but rather rebellious. She has a record of being suspended from school, and she has had two cases of bullying. She usually gets into fights and has a bad mouth." Oliver growled at him. "I'm sorry, Oliver, but this is the truth. My heart skipped a beat when I heard that. No, that's not my Amanda. She cannot be Amanda. " There is also a rumor, which I believe is a lie, that she is into some kind of stuff."
"Make your words clear, Blake." Xavier's voice screamed authority.
"I'm sorry, sir, but... but it has been told she is into drugs."No. She is too young; she can never get into drugs." She is very hard to handle. She has been caught stealing from her parents many times. People also told me, "Told that she tried killing her twin sister. " I froze in my spot. Everyone did. "She likes black and red the most." He finished. I sat there, processing the last few words he said. No, that could not be true. I thought again and again. Xavier and Blake went to Xavier's office, and the other to their own rooms.
The whole night, I didn't sleep. I was just thinking about what Ally had done. Why did Amy try killing her? But then, based on the way he explained to her, maybe her character was only like that. A villian. Whatever it is, I'll know it today once they come home.
Xav went to the office and the rest to school. I stayed back to get their rooms prepared. We always had two rooms waiting for them. We always wanted them to come back. And today they are finally coming, and I was taking care of fixing their room the way they would have wished. I wanted to give them both equal attention, but Blake's words repeated themselves. I didn't know how, but I managed to overdo Ally's room. I wanted to give the same attention to Amy's, but it was not so overdone. I checked the time, and it was already five in the evening. I forgot to tell David to pick them up. Xavier is at the office; he is running late. The twins, Grayson and Auggie, are out shopping for some ice cream and groceries. And I had some work left with the rooms, so...
I called David and informed him. I waited for more than half an hour for the girls. I received a call from David, who said he had found them after nearly thirty minutes of searching. After another twenty minutes, the doorbell rang. I jumped up from my bed and ran down to the doors. I opened the door to reveal my two beautiful sisters.
"Hi!!" I managed to say, finding words... I was overwhelmed by the feeling. I didn't care what Blake told me about them. They were here, and I was happy. But it was not the same on the other side. Amanda pushed past me, ignoring me, and went straight into the house. I looked at her, confused and a little angry. I expected her to give me a hug.
"Hi…" A soft voice brought me back to my senses. I smiled at Ally's already smiling face. I went forward, kneeled, and gave her a warm hug.
"I missed you, we all did!" I cooed into her ear. We broke our hug when we heard a throat clearing.
"I don't like it when a stranger hugs my sister!" Amy told me.
"Excuse me?!" I looked at her, angry that she called me a stranger. "I'm your brother!" I spat. "Well, I don't care. You are still a stranger to me." She rolled her eyes.
"Manda..." Ally spoke.
"Really?" Amy looked annoyed. "Him over me?" she asked.
"No...no. He.. I.."
"Okay...." She gritted her teeth, as if she understood what Ally was about to say. "And you!" She turned toward me. "You better keep it in your pants!" She whispered into my ear. Blake's words rang in my ears. Now, I feel like maybe everything he said was true. She was the girl I didn't want her to be. "Now, show us our rooms!" She clapped her hands, pulling me back from my trace. I was angry now, but Ally's face took away everything. I smiled at her. Amy was carrying a backpack and a trolley, and I felt like Ally just had the trolley, which was now in my hand, and a small suitcase, which was in Ally's hand. I took them to their rooms. Before I told them anything, Amy had already chosen her room. And it was the room I made for her.
Ally was awestruck when she stepped into her room.
"How's it?" I asked.
"It's... beautiful... Thank you!" she squealed. I always liked designing rooms and houses. And I thought this was great for them. "Freshen up, unpack, and come down for dinner." I ruffled her hair before leaving her room.
"Wait!" she called out.
"Yes?"
"Who are you?"
"What do you mean?" I was confused.
"I mean, what's your name and which brother…?"
"Zaiden, your second one..." I chuckled and exited the room before answering.
"Thank you." I heard her scream for me.
Soon all the others came except for Xavier. August was telling me about the adventure he had while shopping, which was nothing more than how he went around searching for groceries. Grayson and I indulge ourselves in cooking.
"Are you even listening?" I heard August ask.
"I'm sorry! Can you tell me later? I'm cooking." I asked him. It was nothing important for me to listen to, so I didn't pay much attention.
"Okay." He jumped down and ran to his room.
We prepared some bacon and beef. I told the guys about my encounter with the girls. They too were disappointed with what Amy told me.
I just wish she wouldn't do the same in front of Xavier.
