10 DAYS BEFORE THE MASSACRE

Jimin had heard more horror stories as to what vampires went through in this university.

He hadn't seen any of them roaming around campus because apparently, they were kept in the school cellar. He knew he had no business to look for them, but Jimin couldn't stop the ugly thoughts inside his head.

He wanted to know if they were okay so that he could help them if it turned out that they were really being tortured.

It was unfair. No creature deserved to be treated like s**t.

"I'll see you tomorrow!"

Jimin was out of the door the second their professor dismissed the class. He still didn't have friends so no one kept him around.

No one knew that he was out in Lacuna Forest, snooping.

Their school was big, the north part of the university had a way going to Lacuna Forest. This part of the forest was the territory of the wolves.

Lacuna Forest was big. The South part was for the vampires. The good ones' place, on the other hand, was located in the center. They were the mediators, the ones who balanced nature. It was only fair that they oversee everything in the forest.

Jimin had been walking for kilometers now. Actually, he used his super speed since he was certain no one was watching.

He heard rattling sounds somewhere near Oregon Mountain. If the South had Anemone Mountain, North, in contrast, had Oregon Mountain.

This was where Jimin was headed.

"Hello?" The hybrid called.

He felt like he was in the right place now since the rattling sounds become louder. He could actually hear groans and moans.

Jimin spotted a rusty gate. Without giving much of a thought, he used his vampire strength to open the gate.

He was welcomed by the steep stairs.

He went down.

He knew what he was doing was risky. Stupid even. He had watched so many movies to know that those who were curious ended up dying, but as stated, he felt like there was this magnet pulling him.

That magnet was none other than blood.

The smell of the blood was so strong it caused Jimin's eyes to turn red.

He stopped halfway down the stairs.

His heart was beating fast so he had to calm down a little.

He wasn't sure what was waiting for him down this celler. What if this was a trap? What if this was the school's way to expose his true nature?

But blood. This was his weakness.

Jimin managed to hide his red eyes and fangs, yet he still continued his way down.

What he saw surprised him though.

He thought he'd see vampires desiccating, but what he spotted was a wolf.

She wasn't an ordinary wolf.

"Luna?" Jimin asked, shocked. His eyes were wide at first, but he immediately lowered down his gaze upon realizing that the female wolf was naked.

Her hands were chained and she was awkwardly sprawled down the dirty floor, mud was staining her milky legs and bottom.

"I..." Luna's breathing was labored. The pool of heat in her core gushed down between her legs.

The female wolf couldn't think straight. All that's in her mind was the intense desire to be touched.

She was in heat.

"N-Need..." She continued her incessant want as she tried to reach Jimin's hand. "You."

The hybrid immediately flicked his gaze to the woman.

Jimin's eyes were dilated. He wasn't sure if he heard her right.

What did she say? She needed who?

"Jimin please," Luna hissed, her nose bled more. This caused Jimin's unsteady breathing.

Shit. The blood was coming from her. This was what urged Jimin to go down here in the first place.

He had his own desire. He wanted nothing but to go near Luna and dig fangs in her long, pretty neck—sucking her blood dry.

"Jimin..." Luna called again, the wanton desire in her voice made Jimin tremble.

It was the last straw.

The hybrid immediately ran toward her.

His intention was to bite the female wolf; however, the moment Jimin got on his knees and stared into Luna's purple eyes, his crazy thought went to a halt.

Her eyes were tired, but it was still so captivating.

Jimin heard rumors about the existence of Luna and how powerful she was. There was something about her look that made the hybrid want to do anything for her.

"Tell me what you want, Luna," Jimin felt like he was under a spell. His hand gently wiped the blood on her nose.

Her skin was delicate and soft. It still made Jimin flinch.

She was burning! Her skin felt so hot. Jimin felt like he was being burnt alive.

This was what happened when female wolves were in heat. If they were not f****d by their mates, their bodies turned very hot to the point that their nose bleed.

They also felt sick, like their energy was being sucked. This was because female wolves were relentless. They became so horny that they could literally hop on any man they saw.

Luna must remain a virgin though—at least before her marriage. The strongest alpha, her mate, must only touch her on the day of their wedding. This was the reason why Luna's mother decided to chain her down this cellar.

They couldn't afford to let Luna lose control. She couldn't act on her desire.

This was also why Luna was acting differently. She never wanted Jimin. In fact, she had never talked to him despite being her seatmate in class.

Luna never wasted her time on other creatures and this wasn't because she was a snob. Admittedly, she was afraid of rumors.

Even if she was Luna, Calix, her mate, might still refuse to marry her if he had doubts about her loyalty.

This was the sad thing about their world. Omegas were bound to please their alphas. They weren't allowed to voice out their opinions. Their role was to stay innocent and bear the pups of her mate.

There was really no point of being considered as the Luna. It was all for the show. It was to show everyone that the strongest alpha could get his hands on the most special kind of omega.

Luna was nothing but a trophy wife.

Luna had long accepted her faith. The Gods chose her for a reason, but in times like this, the logical part of her became clouded.

She hated the heat season so much because she felt like she was being unfaithful to her alpha.

"Touch me, Jimin." Luna whimpered, her eyes fixed on the hybrid's plush red lips.

She imagined his hot mouth sucking her sensitive c**t, long fingers pumping her inside out as his innocent eyes pierced through her soul—-
