Chapter 7 Paula Fisher liked working nights. She reminisced about her first week at Orlando Memorial three years ago. She was forty and, after having been a travel nurse for the past ten years, decided to settle down and take a full-time position. With her years of critical care experience, she was hired immediately. Soon after Paula started in SICU, the director of critical care resigned.
