Chapter 4

I woke up with high energy. I made some yoga before taking a bath. After that I ate my breakfast.This is it it's Saturday. Masosolo ko na din si Miguel it's fun.

"Seems like your happy my princess" Dad was preparing for work when he notice me .Mom was not home she's in Switzerland for some business meeting.

"My classmate will come here later Dad I'm just waiting for his reply we have a project" I smiled widely at him.

"So it's a He seems like my baby princess is growing up so fast" Dad was teary eyed.

"Dad your so OA naman it's just a crush I just admired him. I'm not gonna marry any soon you know, and I'm not a baby I'm 17 yrs old Dad in case you forgot" I said as I hug my Dad.

"I'm just joking princess. I'm gonna get going enjoy your day with your crush i love you princess" dad kissed my forehead

"Bye Dad i love you too." I said my goodbye to him.

When my phone beep

I'm on my way to the school

As soon as I read the message I hurriedly run outside." Kuya Nilo! Let's go na po SA school my classmate is waiting there". without further ado I made my way at the back seat

After 30mins I saw the main gate of our school ."Kuya stop the car I'll just find him" and I went out.

And there I saw, standing at the waiting shed the man that making my heartbeats faster.

"Hey Miguel kanina ka pa?" I asked him ng makalapit ako sA kanya ang bango nya. His wearing a plain black v neck shirt and a jeans with sneaker.

" Nope just got here" he said

"Common let's go na let's use my car na lng para less hassle" I told him while smiling

" Ok" we walked to my car .

As soon as we settle to the car "30 mins were at our home na. Nag eat ka na ba ng breakfast?". I asked him while looking directly at him.

It's just sad that he didn't pay attention to me "Yes" he just said. With that the 30 minutes drive seems like 1 hour because of the quite atmosphere inside the car .

As soon as we reach the house I noticed that he roam his eye around the entire outside of our house "Let's go na sa loob so we can talk"

We entered the sala we are greeted by Yaya Amy she is the daughter of Manang Linda.

"Seat ka Muna , Yaya please give as snacks and drinks thank you " I told to my personal maid.

"It's that your father" bigla syang nag salita while looking at the big family picture that we had .I don't know but I think his I saw his jaw clenching or it's just my imagination .

But never mind. "Yes that's our latest family picture on my 17th birthday that's my mommy and my daddy" masaya kong sagot sa kanya.

He looks at me "Wala ka bang kapatid" he asked while still looking at me.

"Nope I don't have one I'm the only child my mom and dad doesn't want another child. They told me that they want me to be their only child so their attention can't be divided. "I told him with all honesty.

"Eh ikaw ayaw mo ba ng kapatid" He asked me again I guess his just curious.

"As for me ,hmm noon gusto ko, pero ngayon I don't want to have siblings na eh. I don't want my parents attention to be divided. Im selfish you know I want to be their only princess. What's mine is mine no one can have it" I told him while I'm looking at our family picture.

When I glanced at him his eyes were cold . It became even more darker than before

" Let's talk about the project" he said.

Yaya Amy brought a pitcher of orange juice, 4 egg sandwiches and my favorite Pick A snacks.

"I want to create a dessert that mango was the main ingredients as you can see we have mango plantation we can go there later to pick some." I said will munching my snacks .

"It's your call I'm not into sweets" he said. Oh! that explain his bitterness I mentally laughed at my remarks.

I'm thinking of a unique desserts out of mangoes. When a bright idea pops on my mind

"I know na what to do let's go to the plantation to pick some fresh mango let's try my idea".

He nodded and we walked outside. The plantation was just 5mins walk away from the house.

When we reached the plantation we were greeted by the workers.

"Magandang umaga po Ma'am, Sir" Kuya Roger said he is the supervisor of the farm.

"Good morning din po" Miguel said he slightly bowed hos head as a sign of respect.

"Good morning po kuya" i greeted him cheerfully.

"Ma'am may nakahanda na po kaming mga manga sigurado po akong matamis ang mga iyon kami po mismo ang pumili" saad ni kuya Roger.

"Paano ninyo po nalaman na kelangan namin ng mangga?" nagtataka kong tanong.

Napakamot si kuya Roger sa batok at tumingin sa akin "Ano po kasi nakausap ko po kanina si Amy nasabi nya po kaya po nag handa agad kami".

"Ganun po ba maraming salamat po" I said.

"Let's get the mangoes para hindi na natin sila maistorbo madami pa yata silang gagawin". Miguel butt in.

"Sige po sir kalahating kaing lang naman po iyon tara na po andun po sa kubo" kuya Roger said and he started to guide us towards the kubo.

Nag aalala kong tinignan si Miguel I hold his arm unknowingly "Hey you sure kaya mo? I can ask some one to carry this for us" I asked.

He looked at me and shoved my hands "Im fine this is not heavy".

I nodded and I follow him as he carry the mangoes towards our house.

He really doesn't like me the way he shoved my hands and the way he stares its different.

But I don't easily loose hope this is just the second day that we knew each other we have still time.
