“Shh,” he said and lifted her off the ground. She was still leaning against the wall but this time her legs were around the mystery man's waist, hugging him tight to make sure she wasn't about to fall down.

His pants rustled as they fell to the floor and the sound of plastic being ripped open caught her ears. Even in the heat of a moment he remembered protection, she liked this guy more and more.

She didn't know that it was the Mafia boss.

“s*x is not about love. it is about pleasure and if you're lucky enough, you'll find love in the process.” ** “Hey,” Ivy purred as she let her hand linger on Mike's chest. She pushed him down on the bed and climbed on top of him. “Missed me?” “You were gone for 5 minutes.” Mike laughed before taking a hold of her hips and turning them around, so he were on top of her. Her eyes followed his as they searched her body, taking in every inch of the new lingerie she had on. “You're right, I know you missed me.” Ivy said with a grin. She was confident, she was beautiful, and hell if she didn't show it. “Mm, I missed this body.” She slapped him as he laughed, her body vibrating along with it. His head dipped down to her collarbone, small kisses making their way down her body. Ivy arched her body at the kisses, they both tickled and turned her on. The tickling was worth it. Mike's brown hair flapped down in front of his eyes, as he pulled his pants on. He had a sharp jawline, it always revealed when he was angry even if he tried to hide it. It would do these little ticks, the faster they were, the angrier he was. It's a good way to know when you gotta get away from him. His hair was getting long, but she liked it that way. More to grab a hold of. Maybe she should try braiding it sometime .. “What?” Mike interrupted Ivys thoughts as he waved his hand in front of her face. “You're staring at me.” “I like the sight,” She said with a smirk on her lips and shrugged. He glanced up at her with a confident smile, flexing his muscles. He too wasn't afraid to show that he was confident. It's the way it should be – you shouldn't be afraid to hide. Show who you are and be goddamn proud of it. “Understandable,” he pulled on a shirt and grabbed his phone. “You have to get out and take Quinn with you.” She groaned throwing herself back into the bed. “Why is it we can't stay here when you guys are talking?” “The less you know, the better. We don't want you two to get hurt because of us.” They had this argument all the time and he was starting to get tired of it. “But it's our choice to be here.” Ivy argued back, pouting like a little child who isn't allowed to get ice cream for dinner. “I don't care Ivory,” he threw her denim jacket in her direction, and since she was still pouting like a child, she didn't try to catch it and it of course landed on her face. “Stop using my full name.” She groaned out as she irritated put her jacket on. They would always call her Ivy, her full name was only in use when they were mad at her. Mike wasn't mad at her, but you could clearly see it in his eyes, he was tired of the argument. “Then stop acting like a kid and get out.” She groaned louder when he grabbed her arm and pushed her out of his room, closing the door behind him. “I haven't even seen the Boss yet.” She didn't know why she said that, it didn't exactly have anything to do with the argument. Maybe she was just trying to buy some time, hoping they would forget that they – her and Quinn – were there. “That's on purpose.” Mike replied with a shrug, continuing to push her down the hall. “Why? We have been here for 6 months, and we know more than you guys think,” She grumbled tearing herself free from his grab on her arm, and walked away from her, dodging the questionable look he had in his eyes. “Ivy they are kicking us out again.” Quinn yelled from the other room. Ivy glared at Mike who just smiled back at her, he had apparently forgotten what she had just said a few seconds ago. Quinn came into the room looking over at Mike, before looking at Ivy and raising a brow. “What's happening here?” She asked curiously. “Ivory is being a child.” - “Mike is being an asshole.” Mike and Ivy said at the same time. She glared over at him again, growling lightly. “Okaaay, we're going now. Ryan gave us money.” Quinn waved the wad of money in front of Ivy with a happy smile. Money meant shopping, shopping meant new clothes, and we all know that new clothes equals happiness. “You make us sound like w****s,” Ivy retorted with a roll of her eyes. It was the one thing she did not like being referred as. “Well actually-,” Mike started with a grin. The more he talked, the more Ivy wanted to strangle him. She still didn't understand why they wouldn't let them in more. Both she and Quinn knew a hell of a lot more than they thought. Krieger was trying to take over their territory, some i***t had flushed the drugs they gave him to sell, so he owes about 3000 dollars. They usually forgot that she and Quinn actually were in the room when they talked. So they would listen in as the curious people they are, trying not to make a sound as they did not want to get kicked out of the room. “Shut the f**k up,” Ivy growled grabbing Quinn and storming out of the room. They are not w****s. Quinn aren't. Ivy wouldn't necessarily say she is a w***e, it's not like she gets paid to f**k them. She does it because she wants to – and she does have a pretty high s*x drive. Besides, she force the men to get checked for diseases every two months. Not that that is an excuse to f**k them, but she does not need an excuse to do it. She likes it, so she does it. She wants it, so she takes it. Easy. Don't judge her. ** “So.. Mike?” Quinn said as Ivy looked through a rack of clothes. She glanced over at her with a huff of irritation and a raised brow at her. “What's with him?” Ivy swiped through the clothes a little harder than she intended, and ended up knocking some of it on the floor. “Why are you so mad at him?” , scrunching her nose like she always did when she was curious. Ivy huffed as she crouched down to get the clothes. She was quick to gather them up, the dresses fluttered with the air when she stood up. “I am not mad at him. I'm mad that they won't let us stay when they are having a meeting.” “Why? They are just making sure we won't get hurt.” Quinn's voice got softer and Ivy would bet, that if she turned around, Quinn would have that soft look in her sea blue eyes, the one she would always use to calm Ivy down. But she don't need calming down. “I'm pretty sure that Krieger doesn't care if we know anything, they can still use us as blackmail.” Quinn shot back with a shrug and walked over to a new rack of clothes. Quinn sighed heavily, she knew that Ivy was right. She was just as irritated but it didn't help having a fight with Mike, he didn't make the rules. The Boss did. And Ryan. “But why are you blaming Mike? I'm pretty sure it's either Ryan or the Boss's choice.” Quinn reminded her. Ivy glared at her, this time she was right. Mike was just one of the people in the Mafia, but Ryan was the Boss's bestfriend and his right hand. “Fine. Then I'll just force Ryan to let us stay. We already know most of it anyway.” Ivy said, repeating what she had said before, and walked over to the dressing rooms with a ton of clothes in her arms. “No!” Quinn exclaimed, “I uh, I mean. Noo doon't.” Ivy turned around and grinned at her. Quinn had this thing for Ryan and Ivy pretty sure he likes her too, but neither of them wants to admit it. Quinn is afraid of getting hurt, and Ryan is just way too shy. It's actually cute how shy he is. He's also the only one Ivy haven't taken to bed. Besides the Boss, but she haven't even seen him yet. And of course Jacob, he's getting married. Ryan is only because .. well he's shy and Quinn likes him. She wasn't going to sleep with the guy Quinn likes. “Q likes Ryan, Q likes Ryan.” She taunted with a big smile and poked her tongue out at Quinn. “I'm gonna strangle you.” Quinn lunged at Ivy but with her quick reflexes she dodged her just in time for Quinn to run into a pile of clothes. She fell to the floor, taking the clothes with her. Ivy doubled over in laughter, dropping the clothes on the floor. Quinn got up on her feet with a face just as red as a tomato, when Ivy saw one of the women who worked in the store walking towards them. “I'm going to have to ask you to leave, thank you.” Behind her was a big security guard looking at the two of them with a stern look. Ivy looked over at Quinn, trying to hide her grin, and started to walk around the security guard to get out of the store, when Quinn stopped her dead in her tracks. “I'm so sorry, can I help cleaning up?” “No. Get out and don't come back. You have already done enough damage.” Even from Ivy's point of view she could see Quinn's eyes well up with tears. She sighed heavily and walked over to her. “Come on,” Ivy threw her arm around Quinns shoulders, pulling her along with her as they walked out of the store. Quinn has always hated getting in trouble, more the fact of disappointing people. She wants everyone to like her, but it's not always that easy. “I'm such a failure,” she mumbled to herself. Ivy probably wasn't meant to hear it, but she's right besides her, she really couldn't help it. “No you are not.” Ivy stopped walking and pulled Quinn in front of her. “You are not a failure. You just happened to bump into a table, and some shirts fell on the floor. Accidents happens.” Quinn smiled up at Ivy, not that Ivy is that much taller. Quinn is 5'5 and she's 5'6, but Quinn still had to elevate her eyes just a bit to look up at Ivy, you get the picture. Ivy knew that Quinn didn't believe her, she never did, and Ivy was never good at comforting people. Her tactic to comfort was to joke or talk about something else, take their mind of the people, make them forget it. And with Quinn it worked. It doesn't work with everybody, but Quinn isn't everybody. Quinn is her bestfriend. Her sister by heart. “Let's go grab some food,” Quinn nodded before Ivy continued her sentence,  “I need energy to pick a fight with Ryan.”
