*Rebirth*
Gu Nanyin was currently tied on the operating table after being beaten to a pulp before, her beautiful face had been distorted beyond measure and she had just woken up to the sound of her cousin, Gu Xue Lan, her so called fiance who she had risked her life for by stealing the Mo Group's chips and destroying them, Fu Dongchen, and her sister in law, Shen Lin Que, clinking glasses and celebrating her stupidity, it was at that moment she realized she had been used and dumped by these three scumbags for their selfish gains.
Gathering up the last strength left in her, she asked "What am I doing here, where am I?"
"On your deathbed". Shen Lin Que cursed.
"Why? What have I done, Gu Xue Lan, why am I here, release me right now!" Gu Nanyin commanded.
Gu Xue Lan only looked at her like she was a fool and laughed heartily and evilly saying "Oh dear cousin, you're about to die and you're still so fierce and arrogant and commanding, it's really something, well actually I need a new heart and my baby here said you'll happily give me yours, you know I've always had a weak heart".
"Fu Dongchen, your baby? Fu Dongchen, did you not say that I was the only girl you had ever dated?" Gu Nanyin asked while almost in tears, her clear and melodious voice becoming slightly hoarse.
Gu Xue Lan angrily slapped Gu Nanyin at her words and said "Gu Nanyin, you fool, you still think Brother Dongchen will come to save you, take a good look at this".
Gu Nanyin struggled to turn her face to see Gu Xue Lan showing her a shining pink diamond ring on her ring finger and Gu Xue Lan and Fu Dongchen kissing each other.
Gu Nanyin's tears finally fell from her face looking like two pearls. Even though her face was battered, her appearamce still evoked pity and sympathy. Shen Lin Que looked at her face with so much malice in her eyes and said "He and Xue Xue are getting married soon and they have been dating for the past one year and since you are going to die anyway let's just let you know what really occurred, Xue Xue tell her".
"Okay, Sister Lin". Gu Xue Lan nodded obediently and stopped before continuing "Gu Nanyin, Brother Dongchen is the father of my unborn child and my fiance, I and Sister Lin here were the ones who asked him to make you fall for him and asked you to steal the chips from the Mo Corporation and you foolishly fell for it, Sister Lin here is in love with Mo Xiao who died because of you, we three planned and caused the death of your parents and older brother to make you fall for Brother Dongchen even more easily, the fire that you were trapped in was caused by the three of us and you were also supposed to die in it but that stupid Mo Xiao just had to shield you with his body and die leaving Sister Lin in tears and to worsen it all, he willed all of the properties under his name to you but Brother Dongchen here was able to convince you to transfer it all to Sister Lin and you foolishly did and now Sister Lin owns the largest shares in the Mo Corporation and is known as Mrs Mo which is very good but you still have to die as you have outlived your use".
When Gu Nanyin heard this, her already wide eyes widened even more and she gritted her teeth and said "Fu Dongchen, Gu Xue Lan, Shen Lin Que, I promise you, you will not have a good end". Her already battered face looking even more distorted and bloody making her look like a demon from hell, terrifying and hideous.
"Brother Dongchen, her face is scaring me, can the doctor begin the operation now, I don't think I can hold on any longer" Gu Xue Lan said while pretending to be weak.
Fu Dongchen immediately ordered the doctor to come inside and begin the surgery.
Gu Nanyin suddenly laughed maniacally and said "You want my heart, over my dead body would you get it". After saying this, she instantly bit her tongue tightly and blood started flowing from the corners of her mouth. She felt pain, true pain.
She hated it!
She regretted it!
She tasted her blood and she couldn't help trembling, and it seemed difficult to even breathe.
She trembled and her body couldn't help but feel cold. She knew that she would not live long.
Before she died, another figure emerged in her heart.
Mo Xiao!
Gu Nanyin's heart twisted like a knife. She knew she wouldn't be able to live with the guilt neither could she repay her debt to him in this lifetime.
Just then, she heard Gu Xue Lan shouting maniacally to the doctors to stop her from dying, she regretted her foolishness so much and cursed the three of them.
Suddenly she smiled and felt her heart stopping. She regretted it, she truly regretted it.
A powerful beam of light flickered and there was a loud thunderclap and Gu Nanyin's final sight was a red pattern forming a tornado.
Sss! The sound of tires rubbing against the ground echoed.
The sleeping girl who had been sitting on her luggage suddenly fell on the grass beside her.
Hiss. The strong impact caused her to open her eyes in surprise.
The young girl looked around with confusion and bewilderment in her eyes.
"Miss, are you okay?"
Turning her face, Gu Nanyin met a pair of worried and disdainful eyes.
Looking at the car in front of her that had almost hit her and vaguely felt that this felt familiar.
The driver of the car looked at the girl in front of him who put on extremely ugly and horrendous makeup and felt that the second Young Miss was actually right. "How could a seventeen year old girl fall asleep by the roadside while waiting for her family driver?"
This was simply too illogical.
The cold rain fell heavily on her and she involuntarily shivered.
Seeing this, the disdainful driver said in a degrading manner "Miss, please let's get going".
Gu Nanyin was confused and lost but she still obeyed the driver's words. Her head was pounding. She rubbed her temples, feeling that everything in front of her was inexplicable.
As she rubbed her aching head, the sound of a radio broadcast in the car reached her ears. "It is now 11:00 a.m. on September 28th, 2027...."
Gu Nanyin's soul trembled as she looked at the wet suitcase at her dripping feet, and memories that had been sealed away were suddenly unlocked....
She hadn't died!
She had returned to seven years ago!
