Alison POV- I arrived at the office about fifteen minutes early so nobody was here yet. I greeted Gary the security guard as unlocked my door. "Good morning Gary" I said as the door swung open. "Good morning doctor" he winked. He knew how I loved the sound of someone calling me doctor. I was still getting used to it. I blushed and went inside smiling, Britney told me that he liked me a few weeks after he started working here. Its been a while since I've had guys crushing on me. It was a good feeling. "Ok lets get to work" i said to myself as I started to look the paperwork of all the people who made an appointment today. Andrea Steele, 16 years of age is going take out her braces today at 10:00 , interesting my first appointment. Laura Reynolds , 45 years of age is going be cleaning at 12:00. Amy Walsh , 62 years of age is seeking to get new dentures at 1:30 also interesting. I continued to look through the papers when my office door burst open. "Alison! why didn't you call so I could ride with you?"she asked. "because your always late and you have a car" I pointed out. Jhene looked hurt. "I thought we were bffs" she said as she sat on my desk. "We are but your the late one" i said then looked at the time , 10:00 ."now if you'll excuse me i have braces to remove" I got up and made my way to the door. "that's my girl!" I heard Jhene shout after me. "Get off my desk!"I replied. I went to the receptionist desk and saw Britney looking through papers. "Good morning"I said. "Good morning" she replied smirking at me. "What?" I said blushing. "You have two men on your hands to choose from that's what", she replied. "What do you mean two? its just Gary" I said pretending that yesterday didn't happen. ugh who the eff am I kidding? the guys a frickin Greek god! oh Christopher what have you done to me? "Hello? I'm the receptionist, I have nothing better to do than observe" she pointed out. " and I observed the tension between you and Mr. Noble yesterday" she wriggled her eyebrows. "Ok then, thanks for pointing out what you do on a day to day basis" I said trying to ignore the truth she's telling me. She put on a blank look. "You let him get away, child, shame on you, I would have made getting his number my first priority the moment he stepped foot in here" she told me. I looked at her "What?" she said innocently. The door opened. I turned around to see my first appointment. "Andrea! hello!" I said then looked at the time, 10:13. "Yeah I know we're kind of late" she said blushing and hiding behind her long red hair. She had light freckles going across her face which was now slight red, She looked up at me shyly with her bright green eyes. Ever since I've known her she has been a shy kid and a little insecure but we've become somewhat friends since the time she had her braces done which was around 4 years ago. "So are we ready? its a big day Andrea" I said while walking down the hall to the exam room. " Yes i know, i think Bret's gonna ask me out when i get back to school" she said blushing. "oh! so that's why you've been a tomato since you came in" i said smirking at her. She smiled. We talked while I got the tools ready and even stayed a little after, she was asking me for advice. Me! of course I didn't give her a life lecture, just the basics like being herself. The day went by pretty quickly Almost every one came on time it was a good day, no incident. Gary came by a few times to check on me to see if i needed anything. I don't know why he was getting all caring all of a sudden. I went around to Britney again. "Do i have any more appointments?" I asked. "Actually yes you do have one" she looked at me smiling. Weird. She opened her mouth to say something when someone entered the room. I turned around and saw him. Christopher. He was here, why? "Hello Alison" he said with that smooth voice approaching me. "Hello Christopher" I replied flabbergasted.
