Chapter 21- Run

I remained calm, if I let my emotion control me, I will never win this fight.

They ran at me one by one and I dodge them.

I have no problem dodging them maybe because this body is in good condition. Thanks to sleeping all day and this body are fast to recover even though I’ve been wide awake these past days and only slept for one day.

One of the Garm jump at me and open his mouth to bite me but before he could bite, I kick him that his body change direction.

I attack them one by one, punch and throw them in the face with fire.

They are getting and getting faster and I felt something bad is going to happen, they can’t wait to kill me but at the same time, they are scared.

They stopped and one of them howls. Also, snaring at each other.

They start turning back but before that, the Garm looked at me intensely.

“What kind of training is this anyway?! Isn't your job to guide and beside her?” So annoying.

“I’m not responsible for her.” I answered and walk away.

As I was saying, I'm not responsible for her. All I need to do is give her a hint on how to use magic then throw her at Moonshadow's grave and give her the book of Asmodeus. Let her learn on her own.

If she dies, I'll tell Azathot about it and find a way to get another replacement that doesn't require a hundred years waiting for the soul to be compatible with the body.

Hah…hah..endure it…

I greeted my teeth.

I'm scared to close my eyes for the reason that I may not wake up again.

I just remembered that when I was about to find a doctor for Rem and Rom…I didn't use that road instead I just walk into the forest and thankfully, the beasts didn't attack us.

If they did, we might be dead right now.

In that safe road, I will camp there so that I am safe from any beast but still, remain on guard.

I dive in and the water is cold. I actually don't care about it because I've been bathing in cold baths since my past world.

I watered my hair and put a small portion of shampoo.

They go head first but got up and followed me again.

All of a sudden, I felt my world slow down and bubbles are coming out everywhere.

I’m sorry Mister Garm but it’s your fault for making me simp at you.

The shock and the confusion are written all over his face. He looked at me and ran in front in fours.

He sneered at me and change his pace.

The Goblins are still following me and some of the Garms joined them.

They got faster and faster. I think they got offended by what I said.

The running speed of a creature is different from a human, they are faster but me, I could easily match my pace to them so I’m something to be able to do that.

I’m I also a creature same as Garm? If so, I could match my pace of My One.

Yiee…I got butterflies in my stomach!

They sneered at me and it made them more beautiful in my eyes. I got excited and ran faster at them.

They also change their pace.

An Alpha Garm.

Why an Alpha Garm is chasing us?!

The goblins are being pushed in the side because the Alpha Garm is so big that the goblins have no choice but to step aside.

He howled and a gush of breath is coming toward us. We flown and rolled down in the ground, he did that to stop us from running.

We are back at Moonshadow’s grave.

I looked up to and the Alpha Gram’s face is in front of me. I can feel him every breath and warmth.

It’s not my type if they put their breath in my face. So, you’re disqualified!

He sat.

“I finally catch up on you.”

He said her name.

Ester must be a special person to him cause he said her name without hesitation.

“You finally catch up to me.”

The garm that was chasing me a while ago is now surrounding me, preventing the goblin to go near me. Of course, it includes my one.
