Captain Kelwyn Darrius was very well known pirates out there. He was know for being ruthless. If the Imperials have enough money for the infamous captain then, he'll do what they ask. He never questioned it. But something about this job didn't sit well with him. Something about how these people had talked about the girl they wanted.
Like they knew something he didn't. When they went into the tavern, his gaze immediately was drawn to the bar maid. He noticed how her demeanor and mood changed immediately. 'She must be the girl we're after.' He thought to himself. His second in command, Geo exchanged looks. Captain Kelwyn nodded once and Geo went to the bar. Geo would be able to know if it was her. He was always good at that.
Sometimes it was a little scary on Geo's accuracy. When they sat down, Kelwyn kept an eye on this girl. Something about her drew him towards her. Like she was hiding something. He wanted to know for some reason. When Geo returned, Kelwyn noticed that he was helping the girl.
After the girl left he turned to his old friend. "So?" he questioned. Geo simply nodded. At times, he was a man of few words. Kelwyn smirked to himself. There was an unknown feeling in the pit of his stomach. Something felt terribly off. That feeling intensified as him, Geo and a couple of other crew members followed the girl.
When the girl turned around to face them... Kelwyn saw the emotions in her eyes. Fear, desperation, and determination. He noticed her eyes softened. That she felt the same pull to him. But her eyes darted around. Trying to so desperately find a way out. Kelwyn noticed that her body language was off. That she didn't want to fight. She was trying to survive. 'Why do I feel this pull towards her?' He thought to himself.
"I'm sorry to frighten you." He said, taking a single step towards her. "We just needed you to come to our ship. We have some questions to ask you." She shook her head.
"No! I know who you are!" She was freaking out. Like this was something she's dealt with before. Again he felt this feeling only once. But that was a long time ago.
'She can't be...' He thought 'I didn't think it's possible....' Yet here she was. But for some reason she didn't recognize him. "I need you to come with me. Please." She shook her head. "No! I just want to be left alone!" She cried. Tears freely streamed down her face. "Why can't you just leave me be?"
Kelwyn sighed. He knew that without a doubt that he needs to try and calm things down. If she really is who.they think...then they needed to leave. "Look if you just answer a few questions then we can figure out if you're who we're looking for." She shook her head. Kelwyn glanced at his mage who nodded in response.
With a muttered spell and just a flick of they're wrist, the girl froze. She was unable to move. Kelwyn sighed. "Look I wanted to do this the easy way. I just wanted to talk to you. Not resort to this." He walked into her view. A sigh came from Kelwyn. Bushing a few stray hair out of her face. Electrical sparks erupted from where they touched. "Damnit." He whispered. Turning away from her and signaled to the others.
