The marriage hall of the Crescent Palace was shrouded in gloom. Supernatural creatures laid unconscious on the floor while the engravings on the palace walls flickered intermittently.
In the center of the hall, a few feet from two huddled figures, a giant fissure warped and twisted as crimson orbs exuding savage cruelty gleamed with impatience.
