" Erik , is that you ?" Amber's voice comes making me freeze in my tracks.
I turn around and see her looking at me with narrow eyes.
" Yeah." I mumble walking back towards her .
" Ummm , I just want to say thank you." she mumbles combing peanut's hair with her fingers.
" For ?" I ask sitting down on the stool beside her bed.
" For saving Xavier and me." she mutters.
