Seri’s POV
"Seri"
I looked around as I heard a familiar voice.
It was one that I haven't heard in years.
"Seri"
There it was again.
It was a voice of a man.
But not one that I've heard beyond my dreams.
"Seri"
Again.
"Hello?" I responded, my voice echoing around me.
"Where are you?" I asked as if the mysterious being would answer me.
It won't.
It never did.
Even from the first time that I had heard it when I was about 7 years old.
"Hello? Are you still there?" I said again.
I remember that the voice started calling my name on the morning my 7th birthday before my mom woke me up for the day to celebrate my birthday.
Then, the next time I heard it again was on the morning of my 8th birthday.
Then, on my 9th.
And then my 10th up until my 13th birthday.
Then, it stoppe
