Ch-1: Return to Earth A boy opens his eyes and looks around his surroundings. "Where am I? And why does all of this feel so familiar?" Just then, an angry woman enters the room; upon seeing her, the boy springs up and sits upright on the bed. The woman approaches him and begins to glare at him. "It seems I'm dreaming about my mother," he mutters, and pulling the blanket over himself, he attempts to go back to sleep. At that moment, the woman grabs his ear and twists it. "Ouch! Ouch! It hurts! It hurts! Let go of my ear!" The woman finally releases his ear. "So, you *can* still feel pain? You ran away from home just to escape your studies! If the police hadn't found you washed up on the riverbank two days ago, who knows where you would be lying right now?" "It seems I really have returned to Earth," he says, and throwing his arms around the woman, he hugs her tightly. "Mom, I missed you so much!" The woman grabs his ear once again and says, "Siddharth, do you really think you can get off the hook just by saying that?" "What did you think—that if you ran away from home, you could escape your studies? You *will* complete your education, no matter what. Pack your things immediately; you are leaving for Mumbai right now." Having said this, she walks out of the room. He took a deep, steadying breath, as if even the mere act of accepting this reality was proving difficult. Memories of the Immortal World began to swirl through his mind. He had witnessed many great cultivators there—beings of immense power—yet even they lived in fear of merely touching a Demon Crystal. He recalled a specific instance where he had personally witnessed a daring cultivator attempt to absorb a Demon Crystal; within mere seconds, the man's body had exploded, shattering into countless fragments. That gruesome end remained etched in Siddharth’s memory to this very day. "I possess the Heavenly Refined Body, so I ought to begin my cultivation immediately." Having said this, Siddharth began contemplating various cultivation techniques. Suddenly, he recalled a specific technique—one he had acquired quite by accident.
