You and I

I am Athena, a simple girl from a simple family. I am 20 years old currently studying in college, Mama Lilith, Papa Rex and Uncle Alex are the only ones I have at home, We don't have any relatives because Papa says they are in far away places now. I can say that I am satisfied with my life, after I finish school I will also join the army like my uncle Alex, then when mom and dad are old I will take care of them, that's the only life I want. I also planned to have my own family because I don't want to be like Alex who is still single. But that is not one of my priorities and no one is flirting with me, so how can I have a boyfriend. If only in appearance I'm not ugly either, I have long, dark and straight hair, pink lips, narrow and bright eyes and It's not that I'm bragging but I'm also sexy. maybe I just have to wait for who is destined for me so I won't have any regrets in the end. I also have a simple daily routine , wake up early, go to school then go home, that's it. I'm here now in front of the school waiting for dad to pick me up,since I was a child, daddy really picked me up from school because I was their only child, so they were over protective of me. I can say that I am very lucky because they're my parents. After a while daddy came and before we went home we bought eggs at the market as mommy ordered. When I got home, I dressed up, did my homework, then we ate and talked about what good things happened to us throughout the day. Everything is perfect until one day, Mommy was cooking, Daddy watched TV, then Alex was using his cell phone it was 6 pm, when I heard a loud bang outside the house, I immediately went out to see when daddy pulled me to the back of the house, daddy said,"We will run without looking back, there are enemies coming, we need to get Athena out of here, you know what you have to do alex",I'm confused by what's happening, is this a joke? ," daddy What do you mean? ", I asked but mommy held my hand and said, "listen to your daddy first We will explain everything to you ok, We ran as fast as we can and I could see the men chasing us, I'm just worried about mom and dad, they might be very tired from running, Alex and I are still young, so we can still run for a long time, but mom and dad are getting old, "Mom, aren't you tired? We hid in a cave and stayed there for two days, daddy went back to our house to see if there is no more enemies hanging around. When daddy was sure that they were gone, he and Alex went back there and took all the important things, I ask mom, "Where will we hide now? ", "I know the right place where they can't find Us easily", Alex answered. We live in the city, because the more people there are the harder it will be to find us, when we got home, I begged them to tell me the whole truth, "please tell me the truth, I still can't believe what's happening",mommy held my hands and said," Don't be surprised by what We will tell you today, whatever you know you have to accept it".
