POV: kiera Smith

I pulled open the frosted glass swing door and walked majestically into my mum florist shop, I headed to her table and gave a playful smile

"mum guess what" I squealed happily "what" she asked still concentrating on the big book in her hand.

"I got a job to work on the stipston tower, mum" I said joyfully but the look I got made my cheek drop. "what the problem mum?". "you got a job in the stipston tower" she asked with a lugubrious expression "yes, and?" I asked anxiously, "you cant work there kiara" she said and dropped the book on the table with a bang "why mum we need this money." l stated we have a lot of things that needs to be settled. "You don't expect me to just sit and act as if everything is fine" I said and just about the time my twin bro walked towards me holding his work apron. "hey, what's going on here?" he asked cool stroking his aurburn curly hair. "I got a job at stipston tower and mum's so pissed" I spitted without hesitation

"what!!" he exclaimed all of a sudden and gave me the look I got from mum "you can't work there kiera"

"why?"

"because that place is too dangerous" he said

"we don't want you working kiera, your health status isn't in a positive condition" mum added

"Am fine" I shouted "you guys should stop treating me like a child" I turned towards Kaelith "mum health status isn't stable also but she's working, why am I clearly different" I said angrily.

" mum is only having problems with diplopia and yesterday she got a new spectacles, but kiera you are suffering from..... Uhmm...." he stammered as he tried saying the word "a psychology disorder or should I say a mental illness.... And I think the best you should do is..." I interrupted rudely

".... Stay away from people, right?" I said and added immediately "you say that every time but do you think I care"

"we want the best for you kiera" mum said in a tenderly tone but before Kaelith could say a word, I took hold of the glass cup on the table and threw it on the floor. Mum jumped from her chair and hid behind Kaelith. I moved close to where a bouquet of rose flowers are being kept then I took hold of three and smashed it on the floor, instep on it angrily and swore aloud. Kaelith moved towards me and dragged me into the storeroom where the cleaning equipment are being kept. "let go of me" I shouted crazily. "you are gonna be fine" he said and pushed me into the room and locked the door.
