HERCH Chapter one "Come on, we'll be late!" Veronica yelled. "Ok, ok, ok, don't fuss. It ain't a big deal anyway, going to some palace" "For God's sake, just get into the car, Chrisella..." "Jeez, I almost forgot! Isn't Sebastian coming? I mean, he's not going to flop on this one again, is he?" Veronica gasped. Yeah, yeah, that's my life - busy, complicated, busy and more complications. Just a week ago, Veronica had sold me this stupid idea of going with her to England, to one of the palaces. She got a "Visit the Prince" lottery she always wanted and I don't even understand why that lottery had room for three. I'm literally being dragged into this pit because of this. I mean, I have to leave my life in big ol' New York, and go to some self righteous (in a way...), extremely nice group of jerks. Not that I hate them, it's just one and a few in particular... the rich guys are charming but then they are just... urgh! Don't blame me, I've been to England before, got entangled in a terribly nice trap with some guy, fell in love and... Jeez! I almost died. Can you imagine, the jerk even put me away sooooooo nicely, you wouldn't have suspected he was trying to tell me he was "ENGAGED" to some chick. Getting started with nothing made me put my guard down for some folk guy. I really wish I taught that guy some ...... "Chrisella!!! I've been talking to you, and you're not even listening" Veronica said, cutting into my thoughts. "Girl, y'all need to start reconsidering this relationship. I mean, you and Sebastian..." She kept yapping about how Sebastian is always disappointing, how he is such a jerk to chicken out on something at the last minute. I wish she would just leave me be, I am perfectly fine with my love life in the city with Sebastian. "Veronica, please, for the hundred and oneth time, stop interfering with my life with Sebastian, okay with ya?" I said calmly "Sure, anything for my friend who is freaking adamant!" She said, rolling her eyes Well, she might get pissed, but gee, I'm so relieved I put out her candle 'cause she had just shut up fo the first time in the last two hours of our getting ready - eating breakfast, packing up our stuff and our 45mins drive to the airport, which we have almost reached. When we finally get to the airport, we decide to ease ourselves and get some snacks for the long wait. Yeah, I should consider hitting Veronica for making me camp an hour early! We had to wait for so long to board the plane, and I would have preferred to use that valuable time, to check on some of my patients, who are not very far away from here, but No! Veronica as usual had made me clear my schedule for a freaking whole month! Yeah, crazy is the word...
