A red Porsche was seen speeding through the road followed by several black Audi cars. Shortly thereafter, the red car stopped at a very large riding horse area, far away from the noise of the City.
Livia got out of the car and slammed the car door. Livia immediately stepped into the room to change clothes and chose a horse afterwards. That place is a place that Livia always goes to when she feels bored and stressed due to work. There she could drive her horse as far as she could and around the whole endless meadow because it was a wide hill.
Livia had been ignoring her guards who were calling for her. Livia knew very well that her father and grandmother ordered the guards to take her home immediately. But now all she wanted was to calm herself, so that she could clear her ruffled mind.
Many times she almost shed tears but she always managed to hold it back.
Livia spurred her horse away to the middle of a field that was overgrown with green grass like a soccer field. There is a fish pond that is clear and covered with shady trees on the edge. It was her favorite place all along. Livia stopped her horse and sat leaning against one of the trees.
“Hah… Life is so tiring. What should I do now?" Livia was talking to herself while grumbling in annoyance.
"How could Jason and Diana do that to me? Huh ..." Livia clasped her hands to her face, shaking her head.
"This must be big news! Dad and grandma must be very embarrassed about this. What should I do?" Livia then picked up a stone and threw it with all her strenght into the fish pond in front of her.
"Why should your father and grandmother be embarrassed?" Suddenly a man's voice was heard responding to Livia's words.
This made Livia startled and got up from her seat. She looked around for the source of the sound, but there was no one there.
"Who is there?" Livia ventured to ask. Even though she is a strong female lead but it seems like she will also be afraid if that the person talking to her is not a human. Her mind was already wandering everywhere, it make her body tremble.
"I'm up here." The man answered.
Livia turned her head to the tree while standing tense. "Is he human? His face is too handsome for a human." Livia muttered softly while watching the movements of the man who was on the tree.
"What are you thinking?" asked the man, jumping from the top of the tree to come down.
Shalila who saw the man's presence in front of her immediately poked the man's arm with her finger.
"Haahh, luckily you are human. You scared me!" Livia chuckled softly as she wiped the cold sweat on her forehead.
The man stared in surprise at Livia who was poking him and breathed a sigh of relief, he shook his head while holding back laughter.
"Do you think I'm a ghost?" teased the handsome man.
Livia looked away because she was embarrassed to hear the man's question, she felt like she wanted to bury her face in the ground. This time she truly cursed her stupidity. how could a ghost appear during the day?
"Come on, answer my question. Why should your father and grandmother be ashamed? " The man again asked that.
"Should I answer you? Even if I answer it, you won't understand because you don't know me. So you better not have to ask, "said Livia annoyed.
"I know you." The man replied briefly.
Shalila frowned at the man's words while in deep thought.
"Do I know you? I don't feel like I've seen you anywhere. " Livia looked at the man, raising an eyebrow ..
“You don't know me, but I know you. You're on a trending topic today. All top searches are about you, the Big Miss of the Tan's family who was betrayed by her fiancé and best friend the day after her engagement. " The man spoke while reading the title of the article on his cell phone.
"Oohh ..." Livia exhaled slowly and looked away in all directions. It seems that now all the news in the media is about him being betrayed by his best friend and fiancé.
"Don't you want to cry?" The question that came out of this man's mouth felt very light but pierced Livia's heart. She was sad, but it seemed like it would be hard to cry. She also wondered why it was so hard for her to cry.
"That's not necessary," she replied coldly.
“If you feel it's unnecessary, why do you have to worry about whether it's embarrassing for your father and grandmother or not? You're not the traitor, anyway. Everyone now sympathizes you and felt pity on you. just look at all the comments on social media if you don't believe it. The man replied casually, but it made sense in Livia's mind.
"But I felt quite sorry to your friend, now everyone is cursing her, even accusing her of being the slut. Even if you think again about it, it wouldn't happen if your fiancé didn't messed with her. "He continued.
Livia said nothing while listening to the man's statement, there was some truth in what that man said. But can she forgive or just accept it and make peace with herself. She really doesn't know.
Shalila stepped towards her horse and drove it back to the rental place without a word of farewell to the man who had just spoken to her. Meanwhile the man just stared at her.
"We will meet again, Lady." said Wallace with a smile and continued his nap back in the tree.
Wallace Huo is the Heir of Huo's Group, the rival of Tan's Group.

Livia returned to her residence when the sky turns orange and the sun began to set.
And when she stepped into the house, her father and grandmother semms already waiting for her in the living room with worried faces.
"Where have you been all day? You don't even pick up your phone or just give me and your grandmother the news! ” Master Tan's voice was calm yet firm. It was able to discourage anyone who was there but not for Livia.
“Don't you know where I am going? Just ask the guard you hired to follow me." Livia sighed softly. She really has no interest in discussing anything with her father at this time.
"What kind of attitude is that? Is that how you talk to your father? " said Mr. Tan, raising his tone.
“Livia, I and your father are only worried about you. We didn't mean to spy on you. And also about today's incident. We will not discuss it with you. You have to know that your grandmother and father will not interfere if you don't want it, "said Livia's grandmother, who was standing near Livia. She rubbed Livia's back slowly while looking at her grandaughter with pity.
"I know. Dad and Grandma take it easy, I'll take care of all of this as soon as possible." Livia answered calmly while looking at her father's face. But her gaze was not returned by Mr. Tan who looked away.
"Oh yeah? Tell me how are you going to take care of all this?" Mr. Tan's sharp gaze now turned to his only daughter whom he had trained so hard since childhood.
"I've ordered Sam to put pressure on the media companies that spread this news. They won't dare report on this issue again." Livia sighed softly.
"Is that so? Why don't you investigate who is behind this?" Mr. Tan raised an eyebrow and looked away.
"What do you mean? Was someone else involved?" Livia was immediately surprised by her father's statement.
"Don't you feel strange? Why did the reporters suddenly come to Diana's hotel room and just walk in there?" Mr. Tan sighed lazily. "Are you really the daughter I trained? You can't even properly observe the situation! How disappointing!" he continued, snorting irritably.
Hearing her father's explanation, Livia felt she was really very stupid. She should have been able to think quickly like his father, but instead she was blinded by anger without wanting to find out what was going on. She really deserved the insinuation from her father who always spoke words as sharp as daggers.
"Okay Daddy, I will immediately investigate. Thank you for your advice." Livia spoke softly, she and her father were always being formal with each other.
Since Livia's mother died due to illness, Mr. Tan never spoke much or showed his feelings for his only daughter, he wanted Livia to grow up as a smart girl and not easily influenced by feelings. This made Livia feel neglected and needed only as an heiress. But Livia kept trying to keep up with herself so that she could become a great person like her father.
"Have you eaten? Let's eat together. " Grandma held Livia's hand, she wanted to take her granddaughter to eat because she had heard from the guards that Livia didn't eat anything all day.
"Grandma and Dad, I'm not hungry."
“But you can get sick if you don't eat. Come on, obey grandma." Her grandmother tried to persuade the stubborn Livia.
"Just leave her Mom, don't force her. She will eat when she's hungry later. " Mr. Tan stepped into the dining room without looking at them.
Livia who saw this also stepped into her room which was upstairs leaving her grandmother which was still standing in her place.
Meanwhile in the dining room, Mr. Tan ordered his servant to deliver food to his daughter.
“In an hour, deliver the food to Miss. Livia's room, make sure she eats it all. But don't say that I told you to feed her. Do you understand?" Mr. Tan asked the servant with a sharp glance.
"Yes sir." The servant nodded her head in understanding.
"Hahhh, I really don't understand what's on your guys mind, he's always worrying about you but doesn't want you to know." The servant thought as she walked away from there and sighed softly.
