Colours are not just responsible for spreading cheerfulness to our lives , they also add different dimensions in our monotonous daily routine , through them we can easily discover ourselves that what we want & what we are , they just not only increases the beauty of this world but also reflects the personality of an individual & fills their world with various emotions , so are our festivals , they are not just an important aspect of an individual , but the whole society , in present time , people are so busy in their lives that they have almost forgot the meaning of community living , they have become almost a machine , which do not bother about the consequences of non emotional life which could lead to the growth of various adverse problems in the society. Festivals are not just meant for celebrating different occasions in society , actually they are meant to celebrate the essence of humanity & nature, & only by respecting both of them this world could survive , in our society many festivals of different religions are celebrated with full enthusiasm which spreads the feeling of unity & brotherhood amongst the people by bringing them together as a community . Each & every festivals has its own purpose & vital reason for its celebration , such as in upcoming time , major festivals such as diwali , navratra , shradh , christmas , id & many other important festivals has important roles to play in our lives & they teach us various important lessons & includes a very crucial aspects of spirituality & divinity in our lives , through the medium of these festivals , we can learn that we can make our life meaningful & adds the colours of happiness to it . In the festival of navratra , people use to worship the deity of different goddesses on each day of this festival & in this way this festival teach us the importance of women , who should be respected & is an integral part of society , the festival of shradh teach us to respect ancesstors & elders & in this way every festival is important & helps us to gain lot of things in the life by a simple medium , these festivals makes us realise the value of different aspects of humanity & nature .
