“The part where he changed." she shook her head. "They told me they are part wolf and alphas at that." She nervously bit her lip, expecting him to doubt her. She gazed at him when he remained silent.
"Max, why the silence? Please, believe me, I'm telling the truth..." he reassures her, holding her hands tenderly. "I am not staying silent because I doubt your credibility on this matter..."
Victor, Kevin, and Elza arrived—Max mind linked them to join him in the study.
"Who informed you about this?" she sighed and recounted the entire incident to them.
"That arrogant prick I'll show him."Max relax."
"It made sense why you had such a difficult pregnancy," Elza mumbled.
"Princess, fetch the boys and come back," Victor's stern expression left no room for disagreement.
She returned with Max and Kavin who insisted on coming along.
"We'll find someone to sever the tie with that idiot." She examined them, "Why do I sense you're keeping something from me?" Kavin glanced outside. "Max," she arched her eyebrow. “Once the boys are safe, we'll discuss matters, Cupcake.”
After arriving at the school, they disembarked, and she proceeded towards the boys' classroom. "They must be big. " she smiled. "Yip and a handful—saying that they are my protectors,” Max smirks. "They got balls."
The teacher came out with them. Reid, Reed, and Reine stood, arms crossed. "Mommy, what's wrong, and who are these men with you?" Reed asked.
"Boys, remember what I told you..." their gaze shifted towards Max.
He smiled.“ We'll be getting along just fine.” She rolled her eyes, introducing "Uncle Max" to the boys. “We need to go."
"Chaya, be careful some men were searching for you. " She looked at her. "When did that happen?" She looked at Max and told him what she heard.
He became suspicious when he heard that they were more interested in the boys. "Who were they talking to? Is there surveillance?" "Yes, we have surveillance, and they were talking to the principal earlier. ." His mind links the warriors to be alert. They viewed the surveillance footage, and she identified Nadia and Ashton. "What the hell."
"What's wrong, Cha?" She was trying to calm herself not to lose it. "The individuals...”
"Cupcake, let's bring you and the boys back."
They expressed gratitude to the principal and departed.
"I'll take out their hearts if they harm any of you," Kavin threatened.
She was devastated by Nadia's collaboration with that man to take her children. "Mommy, don't be sad." She smiled, touching their faces. "I am fine babies. Don't talk to Aunt Nadia or go anywhere with her. " They looked at her. "We know that bad man turned Auntie Nadia against you. Don't worry, Mommy." Both Kavin and Max were watching."We hid in the generator room."
Reed was smiling.
"Clever boys." she praised them.
She still couldn't believe Nadia would harm her children. "Hey babe who were they?” she sighed, “she used to be my best friend who is mated to that...”
