Chaya was in immense pain as a sharp sensation coursed through her body. She shrieked and writhed in pain, her body convulsing as blood seeped from her lips. The boys cried out in fear, "Mommy, what's the matter?!" Reed hurried outside for help and encountered the chief of the fighters. His hands and pyjamas were stained with blood as he pleaded, 'Please, sir, my mommy needs help!' The warrior returned home with him and called the doctor and Alpha upon seeing her alarming condition. She had an excessively high body temperature and was bleeding profusely. They rushed her to the infirmary.

The doctor struggled to stabilize her. An hour later, she lost consciousness and the bleeding stopped. The doctor spotted the crystal wolf tattoo near her left breast and understood the situation, despite it not being a usual consequence of infidelity.

The boys were sitting in the waiting room.

Alpha Dominik, Rico, and Nova hurriedly entered the infirmary.

Nova went to check the boys' whereabouts.

They saw Chaya lying there, pale-skinned and unresponsive. "I'll make him pay for what he did to her," Alpha growled, his voice shaking the room. "After the damage he has caused, he does not have the right to hurt her anymore."

The doctor revealed to them that Chaya was marked by one of the pack members.

It all started again and this time the situation was dire, even worse than before, as they had to restrain her. The doctor had to sedate her. Rico was trembling with rage.

Rico noticed the silver eyes of Chaya and cautioned the others against sudden motion. 'Rico, what's happening?' Dominik inquired. 'Alpha, she's lethal in this state. She's defeated five rogues singlehandedly," he answered.

Chaya freed herself from the straps that bound her. "Where are my pups?" she asked. "They are safe," Rico reassured her. "Just worried about their mommy."

She got off the bed, “Ensure the safety of Chaya and her pups. They are special— goddesses had honoured her, but her mate harmed her. He forcefully mated and marked her, creating a deadly force within her."

"Who are you?" They inquired. Her gaze narrowed. “I will temporarily block the bond to keep him away from her. Beware of her calm appearance,” she warned Lester Ashton's father, "Ashton continues to provoke her—it could have a deadly outcome and I'll be happy to assist." With that, Chaya abruptly passed out and Dominik caught her and felt the heat from her body. The doctor expressed uncertainty about the cause of her high body temperature, and Dominik left the hospital with a vow of revenge against both of them. Doc was aware Ashton was responsible for taking Bailey out that night.
