It's been five years since Blake's incident and life couldn't get any better. After Blake and I finished school we instantly got married and I was officially Maia Parker and Luna of the Shadows pack. A Crashing sound interrupted my thoughts and my heart beat faster as I heard the worried voice after.
"Mommy! Mommy!" my little four year old girl cried. I immediately stopped what I was doing and ran to find her, worried that something bad happened. I found her crying her little eyes out on the floor and holding her hand, next to her was the plate of cookies we were supposed to have after dinner. "I'm sorry mommy" she sobbed and pouted her lips.
