Sana is a smart 22-year-old college student living with her biological mother, Maya. After the sudden passing of her first husband, Maya rebuilt her life as a successful architect and, three years ago, married Jay—a business consultant raising his son, Reyansh, alone following a bitter divorce.

Now living under one roof, peace at home is impossible. Sana’s 18-year-old stepbrother, Reyansh, refuses to respect her personal space, constantly intruding on her privacy whenever she tries to study or relax. To make matters worse, Maya and Jay spoil Reyansh and ignore his bad behavior.

Trapped in a high-tension household where her voice is ignored, Sana decides she will no longer stay quiet. As control, power, and boundaries collide, every room becomes a battlefield.

PART 1: THE LIVING ROOM SOFA SEIGE
It was a suffocatingly hot summer afternoon, but inside the living room, the atmosphere was icy. Sana sat cross-legged on the sofa, wearing thin navy blue cotton shorts and a loose gray t-shirt. On the outside, she appeared calm, tapping on her phone. On the inside, her mind was a constant battlefield. At twenty-two, she was fighting a silent war for basic respect inside her own home—a war where her stepbrother knew every psychological leverage point, and her parents were completely blind to it. Heavy footsteps came down the hallway, making her body instantly go rigid. Reyansh walked into the room carrying his newest device—a pair of wireless leg massager boots equipped with high-frequency micro-vibrations and rapid air compression. He strapped them over his shins, switched the device to maximum vibration, and locked his eyes on her. He ignored the empty side of the couch. Instead, with a cold sense of entitlement, he threw his heavy legs right between her knees, jamming the hard, buzzing boots directly against her pelvic and mid-lap area. Sana swallowed hard, masking her panic with a sharp tone. "Hey! Stop it, Reyansh! What is wrong with you?" She shoved his legs off her lap and pulled her knees together. "The entire sofa is empty! Go sit over there!" "My legs are tired, Didi," Reyansh grumbled flatly. Without hesitating, he forcefully jammed the buzzing boots back onto her mid-lap, using his weight to pin her thighs. "Reyansh! Move them right now!" Sana demanded. When his arrogant expression didn't budge, Sana gritted her teeth, grabbed her phone, and stood up to retreat to her bedroom. He’s just trying to push my buttons, she thought bitterly. Don't let him see it get to you. A few days later, the dynamic escalated. Sana sat on the sofa in a light yellow tank top and denim shorts, reviewing her college notes. Hearing the high-pitched hum of the leg massagers approaching, her posture straightened into a defensive wall. Reyansh stepped into the room with a slick grin. Without a word, he threw his heavy, vibrating shins across her mid-lap again, pinning her against the cushions. Disgust washed over Sana. She grabbed his ankles, staring him dead in the eye. "Reyansh, don't start this again! When I tell you to stop, you stop. I am your elder sister, and you will respect my personal space!" Reyansh let out a sarcastic chuckle. "Disrespectful? Didi, you talk like a sixty-year-old school principal. You're twenty-two, but you act like a leg massager on a sofa is a national emergency. Are you really that fragile?" "I am not playing your games!" Sana snapped. She shoved his legs off, jammed a thick sofa cushion down as a barrier, and moved her feet toward the floor to walk out. Recognizing her escape attempt, Reyansh threw his torso forward over the cushion, locking his heels under the sofa frame and pinning her thighs beneath the buzzing boots. Then, he squeezed his eyes shut and burst into fake crying. "Mom! She’s ignoring me and running away just because I came into the room!" Reyansh wailed. Maya walked into the living room, frowning. "What is going on here, Sana? Why are you picking fights with him?" "Mom, I was just sitting here working," Sana said, forcing her voice to stay steady. "He came in and threw his heavy vibrating massager boots straight onto my lap. I asked him to stop, and he trapped me here." Reyansh sniffled pitifully. "I didn't do anything! I was just resting my legs near her, and she started pushing me!" Maya let out an exhausted sigh. "Sana, he is four years younger than you! Why do you constantly make a scene over nothing?" "Mom, he is invading my personal space on purpose!" "It’s your everyday drama!" Maya scolded sharply. "Stop creating drama against your brother over a simple leg massager! Handle it like an adult." The next afternoon, Sana sat watching TV in light-gray cotton lounge shorts and an oversized maroon t-shirt. She was so focused on her phone that she didn't hear him approach until the vibration was already pressing into her lap. Before she could shift, Reyansh jammed his shins under her knees, driving the hard motor against her pelvic area. Anxiety shot straight to her chest. "Reyansh, stop! Keep your legs off me, please." "No," Reyansh said smoothly, a smirk twisting his lips. Trying to avoid another argument with her mother, Sana tried to negotiate. "Fine. Put your legs on the side of my lap. Not in the middle." "No way. On the side, the boots slip off. The middle is the only spot with good support." "Reyansh, it’s hurting me!" Sana argued. "If you don't move them, I'm getting up!" Reyansh whispered coldly, "Go ahead. Leave. I'll just call Mom and tell her you're ignoring me again." Sana went completely blank. He had backed her into a corner—stay and submit to his control, or leave and get punished for creating "family drama." "Reyansh, I'm not ignoring you," Sana whispered back desperately. "Just slide back a little so the pressure isn't so hard!" "It's my massager and my legs," he replied flatly. "If you don't like it, you move." From the kitchen, Maya's voice boomed: "Sana! Are you two fighting again?!" Panicking, Sana tried to pull her body back toward the far corner of the sofa. Reyansh instantly tracked her movement, sliding his feet forward and pinning her gray shorts tightly against the cushions. The intense micro-vibrations hummed relentlessly against her pelvic seam. I have to fight back now! she thought. She tried to shove a throw pillow between them, but Reyansh jammed his shins straight under it, trapping the pillow against her lap while the vibration ground beneath it. Seven minutes passed. The vibration hummed relentlessly, eroding her physical resistance. "Move your legs right now," Sana commanded, her voice shaking with rage. "I'll move when I feel like it, Didi," Reyansh whispered. "Besides, if you try to move now, Mom will yell at you." Realizing words were useless, Sana grabbed his knees with both hands and used her full upper-body strength to shove his legs away, trying to slide off the couch onto the floor. "Get off!" Reyansh threw his torso forward, pressing his weight downward and locking her completely beneath his heavy shins. "Reyansh, please!" Sana cried out, her voice breaking into a terrified plea. "It's hurting me badly! Put them on the side!" Reyansh leaned down, mocking her in a squeaky whisper: "iT's HuRtInG mE bAdLy! Can't even handle a little massage?" Under the overwhelming physical compression, continuous vibration, and extreme panic, Sana’s physical defense snapped. An involuntary biological release occurred right there beneath his heavy weight, soaking rapidly into the seam of her gray shorts. Profound humiliation crashed over her. Summoning every drop of adrenaline, Sana let out a raw scream, shoved his legs off, and struck him hard across the cheek. SLAP! "Get off me, you monster!" Sana sobbed, pulling a cushion over her lap to hide the damp patch on her shorts. "I asked you nicely! I begged you!" Reyansh dropped to the rug, clutching his cheek and wailing. Maya and Jay burst into the room. Seeing Reyansh crying, Maya marched over and slapped Sana sharply across the face. PA! "Are you out of your mind?!" Maya yelled. "Why did you hit your brother?" Sana clutched her cheek, tears streaming down her face. "Mom, why are you hitting me?! I begged him to get off me, but he trapped me on purpose! He is eighteen years old!" "That gives you no right to put your hands on him!" Maya snapped. Reyansh sobbed to their mother. "I was just using my leg massagers, and she slapped me!" "Mom, he pinned me down!" Sana pleaded, pulling the cushion tighter. Maya sighed angrily. "Brothers joke around! Stop making a huge drama out of everything!" Sana stared at her mother, her last lingering hope breaking into pieces. "Right," Sana whispered bitterly, wiping her tears as an icy resolve settled in her chest. "Asking for basic respect is 'drama.' Got it." TO BE CONTINUED.........
