Amara woke up to the blaring of her alarm clock.
As she opened her eyes and looked at the clock, she realized it was already after 9am. Beside her was Cole sound asleep. She didn't want to wake him. Very quietly she got out of bed and headed into the bathroom then closed the door very gently so it wouldn't wake Cole.
She turned on the shower as she stripped out of her night gown. Passing her hand under the water to feel the temperature, she stepped in the shower and closed the door. With her eyes closed and shampoo in her hair, Amara felt a pair of arms gently touching her wet body.
