It's now one week since the whole showdown at the wedding between; Amara, Cole and Sofia. Amara was still in Merristwood but not for much longer. She was in the back yard sitting on the swing lightly brushing her feet against the grass.
They say time heals all wounds and Amara was putting that to the test. Over the past week the pain she felt of being betrayed by Cole was hurting less. Probably has to do with the fact that she was now spending more time with Liam. He has been a great help in her process and she very much appreciated it.
Her phone started ringing breaking her out of her train of thought. The name on the caller ID showed Alice. They haven't spoken since she left Newtown and it would be a good time to catch up on the past events.
