CHAPTER 5

***********THREE DAYS LATER**********

(Lucas grandma starting living with us, Aaron had already left this morning, in Lucas have already gone to the company, the healed earlier than expected)

(this morning, I had just finished with the chores around the house when I got a call from Lucas)

Nora: Good morning sir

Lucas: Check inside my study and get me the documents that's in a black file which is on the table, bring it to the company yourself

Nora:oka--

(before I could finish talking Lucas had already hung up the phone. immediately the call was over, I went to Lucas study and open the door and walked inside. His study was huge,it had different set and type of book at each side. I saw the black file he was talking about on the table that was at the middle of the study room then I picked it up and left the study going to my room to take my bath and change my outfit)

(when I was done taking my bath and changing,I put the file inside my bag. I wore a black sleeveless frock gown which was very long and carried a big handbag and did my hair into a messy bun)

( I left the mansion and went outside to hail a taxi then when it stopped I entered)

Nora: Please, I'm going to the G groups

Taxi driver: okay, beautiful

(the car started moving and drove straight to the location I give him and he dropped me at the front gate. I paid the fine and he left)

( I entered the company but was stopped by the reception in a very rude manner)

receptionist: Hey, you lady

Nora: sorry, what is it

receptionist: where do you think you are going

Nora: I came to give my husband the file he forgot at home

receptionist: and who is your husband if I may ask

Nora: Lucas Grayson the CEO of the company

receptionist: yeah I have seen this kind of scenario before ladies come here almost everyday saying that they want to meet their husband, climbing that the CEO was their husband. You should get out before I call security

Nora: so, you think I'm one of this ladies

receptionist: you look like one of them and take on them and secondly the CEO can't sit for something like you

Nora: would you let me in or not

receptionist: you're crazy,I think I should call the security so that you can be thrown out like the rest of them

(just then I received the call from Lucas)

Lucas: where are you

Nora: I'm at the reception,receptionist doesn't want to let me in I've been standing here for the past 20 minutes now

Lucas: give the phone to her

( I give the phone to the receptionist)

Nora: my husband wants to talk to you

( she placed the phone on her ear and before she could even say a word Lucas started yelling at her)

Lucas: let the lady up or you're fired and from now on remember that face cuz if you make another mistake like this just pack your things and leave (in a really cold tone)

receptionist: yes sir she'll be up soon and I'm very sorry sir

(Lucas hang up and she gave me the phone back while bowing her head)

receptionist: I'm sorry ma'am you're free to come and go as you like and I am very very sorry ma'am

Nora: thanks

( I walked into the company's main sector I'm road the VIP elevator to the 12th floor which was where his office was and I mean only his office)

( As I entered his office, I saw him sitting on his office chair with Sophia at his back massaging his shoulders and being really flirty with him)

( seeing them together like that something you make just snapped,I felts angry for a reason that I don't know but I just kept a cool front and walked in front of them, facing only Lucas)

Nora: here is the file that you asked for

Lucas: can't you knock before coming in, you have no manners at all

Nora: I don't see a reason why I need to,I just entered my husband's office

(Lucas looks as Sophia)

Lucas: Sophia, could you excuses us for a moment

Sophia: okay sir,just call me if you need anything I'll be here

Lucas: I will

(Sophia left Lucas office)

Nora: Lucas, I think we should get divorced,I can do this anymore

(Lucas looked at Nora coldly and with a death glare)

Lucas: are you trying to make me angry, you know if I'm angry it's not good

Nora: I have given you the file that you asked, so I think it's best if I head back home

( Nora was about to leave when Lucas came front of her and threw her over his shoulder. she kept on struggling, Lucas took her to the room he had in his office and threw her on the bed with him on top of her as he tore her clothings)

(the reason why he had the room in his office was because there is this time when they were working on a project, he had to be a company for 3 months)

(when he was satisfied he got up and dressed up well then left the room while now I will stay there in the bed crying bitterly. Since she had no clothes, she just wore her underwear and sat on the bed still crying when suddenly Lucas came in with a new pair of clothes)

Lucas: change now and get out

(after saying those words he left and slam the door behind him. I had no other choice than to wear the clothes that he gave me and when I was done wearing it I left the room. As I came out of the room I sat down on the couch with tears streaming down my face)

Nora:why?!,you can just kill me, why torture me like this

Lucas: get out of my office

Nora: fine,I hate you

(Nora left the office half limping, half walking)
