FIVE: REINA'S ACADEMY.

~ Sol's Pov ~

Well this is a bit weird considering how I just clocked 14 ( fourteen ) so soon. My sister Reina just turned 15 ( fifteen ) as well. She already has started high school, well in this world you can't exactly call it high school more like she just started 'Magical academy '. However i don't want to dive into that part. Apparently every noble that turns 14 ( fourteen ) must take an entrance exam to be admitted into an academy. Now that I've currently turned 14 my father is currently looking for a magic academy to get me signed up in, let's see how that works.

~ Still On Sol's Pov ~

" Sol, Sol ". " What is it? ". I responded to Reina who was helplessly calling my name, i looked into her lavender coloured eye's staring up to her cold iced coloured hair. Although I have to admit she has gotten more prettier and less childish than she was before I guess that's puberty for you. " Father wants to see you, he's already found an academy for you ". Reina responded. " So soon? ". " Yeah ". " Okay ". I stood up from my bed only to see a grinning Reina. I didn't know why but I was excited to hear the academy i was signed up in. I turned 90° to my father's office. When I got there I saw him and my mom grinning at me already knowing full well when I would walk up to the door. " Can you tell me why everyone's grinning like an i***t today? ". i asked rudely but they just shrugged and told me that it was about my academy, well more like Reina's Academy. " It's because of the academy we signed you up at ". My mother responded. " And which academy is that? ". I asked finally giving in to my curiosity. " Kimberly Academy ". My father answered me coldly this time. " What!? Isn't that the school that Reina attends? ". I asked shocked. " Yes. but it's one of the best school in 'Lunaris ', and it's students are just as strong as you, many prodigies are downed to attend that school this semester ". My father said smiling this time. " Hold up. So you want me to leave my home kingdom and travel to another kingdom I just heard about today ". I turned red with anger trying to contain myself. " Yes, it's better for you to stay with someone who already knows your secret ". My father said and I calmed down a bit. " So are you saying that I'm only attending Reina's school so that you can use her to spy on me? ". I asked a bit curious. " Well, i don't want to put it that way. just say that you are only attending her school so that she can keep an eye on you and make sure you don't overdo it. And she's also there as a mutual comfort in case you ever get lonely or you haven't made some friends yet. And I will also be putting the Two ( 2 ) of you in the same class ". My father said and I knew he wasn't lying. " Fine, but if she disturbs me or turns into a nuisance I'm going to kill her ". I said with sarcasm hoping they would fall for it, at least my dad did but not my mom. " C'mon Sol, don't you do such a thing to your sister! ". My father yelled and I tried my best not to burst into laughter. " Relax Mark. He's just been sarcastic ". My mom said and they both looked at me as I burst into that laughter I've been holding. My dad coughed due to been embarrassed and then he spoke. " Don't forget your noble pride ". And from there he started giving me lectures about how a noble should behave and act in the presence of other nobles. He lectured me for almost an hour before coming to a conclusion. " So, Sol. I hope you understand what I just thought you? ". " Yes, father ". I kinda lied to him since i hardly pay attention to anything. " Well, be careful Sol, you'll start your trip by next week use that time to pack your stuff and say your farewells ". My mother said shading a few tears. Well i wouldn't expect less from her she is a ' Mother ' after all. " K ". i said and left to my leisure spot which was the flower garden at the back of the mansion. I sniffed some flowers and I stayed there for a while until I heard a sweet cool voice at the back of me. " Hiya, Sol, whatcha doing? ". I heard Sylvia ask me and i turned around to face her. " Brooding over my new Academy ". I answered and i noticed that Sylvia was inpatient to tell me something. " What are you so excited about? ". I asked her a bit rudely. " My father signed me into the best Academy in the whole world ". Sylvia said happily. " Oh. What's the name? ". I asked now curious of her new signed Academy. " Nope you tell me yours first since you were the one that was brooding over your new signed Academy ". Sylvia smiled sheepishly and I then answered. " Kimberly Academy ". I answered coldly. " No way ". Sylvia replied. " Right ". I asked thinking Sylvia got my point on why i didn't want to attend the Academy. " No like no way. That's the Academy I was signed in to ". Sylvia replied cheerfully. " Seriously ". I said unbelievably. " Yeah. Why don't you want to attend the Academy. its very powerful and train's many successful Mage's that mainly work for my father the king ". Sylvia replied. " Well first of all Reina also attends that Academy ". I answered Sylvia truthfully. " Oh wow Reina attends that Academy as well she must have been really strong to have passed the entrance exam ". Sylvia said. " Seriously ". I said sarcastically. " Okay what's the second reason you don't want to attend the Academy? ". Sylvia asked. " Well, it's far from home and well, ...... ". I hesitated a little bit before spitting it out. " I've never left Hortensia before ". I finally told her. " Neither have i, but i have a feeling that other kingdom's are going to be just as nice and powerful like Hortensia or maybe even more ". Sylvia said. " Huh ". And i hummed to her response. " And besides i heard that ' Lunaris ' is one of the most powerful kingdom's even more powerful than the ' Vespertine's ' ". Sylvia stated a fact. " Well i wouldn't know all of that since I have no business with the four ( 4 ) noble main houses ". I told Sylvia kind of rudely and she laughed weirdly. It was true i hardly know anything about the four noble houses, but the only thing Sylvia tell's me about is that they are the highest ranking nobles in the whole world, but that would already been figured out by the name alone. " But i think going to ' Kimberly Academy ' is a great idea, many prodigies attend that school ". I listened as Sylvia tried to pursue me to accept the great features of the school. " I know for a fact that Luc attends that school ". Sylvia told me and I smiled cheerfully. Ever since I've known Luc he's been getting all sorts of strong but left Hortensia when he was Nine ( 9 ) and hadn't returned since then. i knew some prodigies but not there origins and they were definitely more strong than me despite me been the second prodigy. " Ha, fine ". I signed feeling defeat as Sylvia squealed. " Ekk, finally ". The entrance exams are next week try and get enough sleep, okay? ". Sylvia suggested. " What are you, my mum? ". I said sarcastically as Sylvia left for her own personal maid who had been standing there listening to our conversation Sylvia turned back and waved me goodbye and I did as well. And I do hope that ' Reina's Academy ' is worth my while, i do want to make some new friends after all.
