Chapter 62: Thief Alex I pushed through the heavy wooden doors of the pack house. I felt the weight of them as they swung open. White snow still clung to the edges of my boots, and I stamped my feet to get it off. The warmth of the house hit my frozen skin way too fast. It made my face and hands start to sting with a sharp heat. As I walked down the long corridor toward my room, water dripped from my clothes onto the polished stone floor.
