(Tracey’s POV)
The next day, I didn’t really see much of anyone else. Which was odd. But I didn’t mind, I just went out by the pool and soaked in some sun. I had been out here all morning with a good book so lost in the fictional world of vampires and werewolves that I’d lost all track of time.
When my stomach grumbled with the need to eat something, I laughed softly. I haven’t done this in so long, and it felt really good to be able to do so now. To just step away from the world and into a whole new world of my own? Absolutely wonderful!
