Finally, the penthouse is empty once again! I love my family and friends but being cooped up in this penthouse for five days with everyone wasn’t exactly my idea of fun. I just hope when everyone gets home they don’t find anything damaged. It’s been one crazy week weather-wise.
Aside from all the rain and that one earthquake, we’ve also had several after-shocks, three wildfires due to lightning, and a freakin' water-spout! I’ve lived in this area all my life and never remember one of those touching down before.
