I was beyond grateful when Warren suggested I go to his room to lie down after we left the cells. They still had pack business to handle and I could not stop yawning. On top of all that, I did not do well in the ‘seen not heard’ role. Thankfully, Alpha Tobias didn’t take offense to me speaking my mind.
It wasn’t until I crawled into Warren’s bed that I realized how tired my body was.
