“You are a vampire, aren't you?”
I crossed my arms as I stood before Kieran. He looked at me with a poker face, disinterested. He sighed, momentarily, then tilted his head from side to side.
“What on earth came into your mind to ask me that?” he asked in disbelief.
“Do you know French?” I said back.
Kieran twitched his left eye, staring at me blankly.
“Perhaps. I am a mage, there is nothing I couldn't possibly do.” He leaned back and crossed his arms as he sighed. He closed his eyes and slightly made a pout on his lower lip. I rolled my eyes at him.
What will happen if he really is a vampire?
Again, he sighed and pressed his lips together. “I am not a vampire, Eagle. Many have been speculating about me being a vampire, but all of them are wrong. I am not a vampire nor a werewolf.”
