Lottie POV
I was pacing back and forth in the hospital room, glancing at Sawyer and Lucy curled up together on the bed every once in a while as I paced. I was trying not to hyperventilate as panic and confusion overwhelmed me. Sawyer being knocked out was understandable because of all of the magic being used on him, but now no one could get Lucy to wake up either. The witch had already been there and said that there was not much she could do, because the damage done was to the mate bond, and that it was up to Lucy and Sawyer to fix it now. But neither of them would wake up.
Gracie did not put up much of a fight about contacting the witch that had first helped her. While she didn't want Sawyer and Lucy together, she also did not want him to die because of her, so Gracie was cooperative f
