CHAPTER 6

MAKING ARRANGEMENTS.

Leah approached the group and led them towards a pergola that she had as she put it Ninjaed up. Leah had created a table and six chairs by casting when she found a large tree that had fallen over, due to its age and rough weather.

The group was impressed with her skill, she motioned for them to sit once they were all seated Leah wasted no time in saying “so I am not worried about what I have to wear or how my hair is going be Let’s talk guest list people” Leah being very straightforward had no issue voicing her priority.

 Alpha Zane chuckled but then straightened up and said to Leah, “Protocol would say young lady that you have to seek permission from me first in order speak at a meeting such as this”. Leah looked at Alpha Zane and said “Permission to speak Alpha” Alpha Zane nodded his head Leah continued “Ma Bad that’s all” both Max and Aliyah looked at their daughter shaking their heads from side to side, Luna Alexis was flat out laughing.

Leah sat looking at them with the most innocent look on her face as if to say what is the problem. Alpha Zane chuckled and handed the meeting over to Luna. Once Luna stopped laughing, she answered Leah’s question,” Leah to keep both pack and coven laws the elders of the coven will attend and our family on behalf of the pack”. Luna then asked at this point if Leah had any questions, Leah asked “when you say your family who do mean”? Luna answered “Alpha Zane myself Andros, Lennox and Stephano” Leah looked at her mother and mind linked her father letting them know she was not happy with Lennox or Stephano being there she had never met them and for her this was a very personal private situation.

Alpha Zane sensing Leah’s unease and also realizing she had mind linked her father and was silently communicating with her mother on what Aliyah called witches link spoke and said “ Leah I am aware you have not yet met our older boys and you may be uncomfortable so how about we have dinner at our house tonight and introduce them to you and then you can decide”? Reluctantly Leah agreed,

The meeting was over Alpha Zane and Luna both hugged Leah at the same time and kissed the top of her head Alpha Zane saying “never change young lady you are an original” Leah looked up at them and whispered is strained voice “ Ok people enough of the love I actually like breathing you know two stronger than most wolfy people hugging me turning blue people” shaking their heads in unison with smiles on their faces they headed towards the pack house through the woods.

Max and Aliyah stayed to continue to talk to their daughter, Max begged his daughter “Please honey tonight keep your attitude in check and be mindful what you say” Leah gave her father a cheeky grin and then with a touch of sarcasm and mockery replied “Father dearest whatever do you mean I will be the epitome of grace and manners” she then gave a little curtsy before she laughed and ran into the cabin.

 Aliyah looked at Max and glared, “that right there is all your fault” as she pointed at her daughter Max raised his hands innocently suggesting he had no idea what his mate was talking about. Then Max laughed and ran into the cabin. Aliyah stood watching both father and daughter with her hand on her head whispering “Moon Goddess give me strength”.
