Savannah’s POV As the door closed behind me, I looked around warily, waiting for any magical booby-traps to spring on us. The room itself didn’t look dangerous with the king-size bed covered in white satin bedspread, a study table near the windows which again had pure white curtains, and a few doors which must be to the bathroom and balcony. A small chandelier hung above the bed and I eyed it suspiciously, waiting to see if it would fall on us, but then sighed, realizing it had no plans as such. My eyes went to the floor, whose white tiles were covered with a red carpet with golden embroidery. Nothing looked sinister and my senses were also calm, indicating there was nothing wrong. Still, one couldn’t be too careful and I didn’t trust the witches not to set up something to spy on us. “W
