We were finally going home.
Later that afternoon, we’d been told we would be leaving for Earth the next day. It seemed both too soon and not soon enough.
We’d voiced our concerns about leaving Tamisan so soon and Janssen still lost in the jungle, but Dr Aimery told us the Acronis was heading back to Earth for supplies, which meant we’d be here for at least another month if we didn’t board the ship in the morning.
