Stephen Metcalfe, MP for South Basildon and East Thurrock, remains in the Commons and urges MPs from the two sides of the House to assist new enactment known as Helen's Law, otherwise called the 'No Body No Parole' law.
This enactment, he says, is vital to my constituent Linda Jones, as the area of her little girl Amelia's body has never been unveiled by her executioner. This new law would stop any chance of parole for indicted killers who will not unveil the whereabouts of their casualties' bodies.
