Skyler
Am walking down the busy street towards Riyaz group of companies for an interview. My mind is a mess...trying to figure out how to settle my bills. As I near the highway, I spot an old lady crossing the road, she completely oblivious to the fact that a speeding truck is coming her way.I can't explain how I move, but in seconds she's in my arms, breathing heavily her eyes wide open in shock. After she finally comes down I ask her if I can take her home.I call a cab and take her .The magnificent house that is in front of me is nothing compared to what I was expecting. This place is everything I have ever dreamed of.At the entrance, you can see a garden blossoming with flowers of every kind, jasmine, roses daisies...the list is endless. The interior of the house seems to be done by the world best decorator...the dark theme with a contrast of bright colour catches my eye...am amazed no,mesmerised by the beauty infront of me.The old woman who's name I learn is Anupama tells me to feel at home. Before I can sit...a painting in the far conner catches my attention...I can't really pin point what seems to be calling out to me but the mere painting has me intrigued. The man in it is the walking definition of a god of beauty, the ocean blue eyes seems to be seeing right through me.I can't explain how but an aura of strong dominance seems to be coming from the painting, some how in those blue eyes I see a coldness so vast that I shiver but more prominent is the darkness and sadness I see in them.Even without meeting the guy, there's an urge in me to take away that sadness and shed light in that darkness.
...Anupama...
That rascal will be the death of me....if this young lady hadn't saved me , I would be up there with my darling Anuj(chuckles slightly at the thought of reuniting with her dead husband)
Anupama : Young lady, what's your name
Skeyler : Am skeyler.
If you don't mind me asking why
we're you on your own... walking
on that street when it's dangerous
Anupama: My grandson has a tendency to forget his medication. Today, all the workers were off duty,so I had to take it myself
