Together forever

I know that Lou needs a mate more than me. Since the Moon Goddess gifted me with such a wonderful, strong, beautiful and amazing wolf, she had only me.  A soulmate usually comes once in your life, what means that for Louve this is the only chance for love. The Moon Goddess may want to test our bond to see how much we can endure the pain that comes with it. We may not have handled the first encounter well, but I will give him a chance to prove that he deserves our love, loyalty and respect. Of course I will not stand up and state this. I wonder if he will try this at all. I’m doing this just for Lou.   She deserves someone who will love her unconditionally. Someone who will bring her happiness. Someone who is not afraid to show their love in front of everyone. Someone who will be proud to have her.   I’m heading to the forest, as I get out of the castle, anxiety kicks in. I hurry to reach the forest as soon as possible, as I get to the edge, behind a large tree. My back is leaning against the tree, sweat is dripping from my chin, my breath is heavy, I’m shaking. I hate this feeling, no matter how hard I try I can’t get rid of this... I meed to breath. After taking a few deep breaths, I’m feeling better, now I can shift, but before that, I need to be sure that no one is nearby. I don’t want to show Louve to everyone. She is special, a white wolf wolf.   The familiar sounds of bones cracking are filling the forest. My snow white fur is starting to grow out, my bones need to reshape to change successfully which means that my bones break to change their shapes. This is the worst part, it hurts so much. You feel each and every one of your bones breaking, after those years still hurts but it not feels that intense. I feel my canines grow out, my claws are growing as my hands turn into paws. Is not the most beautiful thing to watch the transformation, but somehow when you start watching, you can’t tale your eyes off.   I’m storming into the woods as fast as I can. The smell of the earth fills my lungs, the bushes caress my fur and the whispers of the old trees as I run past them, those feelings are inexpressible.   After a while, I found myself in front of a waterfall. It’s beautiful! It is about 10 meters high, surrounded by rocks and trees. I make myself comfortable in front of the waterfall on a bunch of cozy leafs.   “Louve, I'm sorry about what happened to the office recently with Dimitri. I hope you talked to his wolf, maybe you two can be together for a while.” I’m curious if they talked, I’m sure that his wolf is better than him, and if not we will reject them. I will give him a chance if his wolf is someone who Lou needs.   “I’m not going to lie to you, I’ve talked to him. His name is Spe and he is a lovely wolf. He can’t understand why Dimitri said those things and why he is acting like that. He will try to talk to him and understand why he behaved this way. Spe don’t want to lose us, and I don’t want to lose him. I hope one day you will get to know him, he is amazing. We will figure out what are we gonna do about Dimitri. I know the Moon Goddess not connected our destiny by accident or mistake, I can feel the bond, it’s really strong.”   “Whatever happens, I’m here for you and you are here for me. We always worked out perfectly. I'm not afraid of anything as long as you're here for me. I love you, I can’t be thankful enough that the Moon Goddess gave you to me!” I look at our reflection on the water. I can feel that Lou is happy, I hope that she remain like this and she will not be disappointed if something goes wrong with Dimitri.   “I love you too Emma! Now shift and take a bath, you need to relax before the fight!” I almost forgot about the fight with Klaus.   As I stand naked in the water facing the waterfall ,concentrating on the sound of the water falling on the rocks, excluding everything else around me I start to get deeper into the water. As I approach the waterfall I notice that there is a cave behind it. The entrance is narrow at first, It can accommodate 2 people at a time, but as I continue my journey inwards is getting wider. I touch the rocks with my hand, it’s lukewarm and not cold what I was waiting for. There is a huge place, almost as big as the ballroom from the castle. It’s amazing how Mother Nature built this place. The air is fresh, a little sunshine shines through a couple of holes making the whole place brighter, as I go deeper into the cave, I find another path.   “What do you think? Do you want to discover this place?” This could be our quiet place.   “We have enough time. Let’s go!” She replied enthusiastic about our new discovery.   I walk for almost 10 minutes, nothing special. I think the stone walls were dug by humans or werewolves. As I go deeper and deeper, I find a smaller room that can accommodate about 10 people. Here, too, the sun shines a little in, the same way, making the drawings on the wall noticeable. They are about a team of werewolves, or maybe about a small pack.   “Louve what do you think?” Maybe she can understand it better than me.   “Maybe here started everything. Ian said that the first Alpha of Blood Moon pack, Daniel, had a small pack with a small territory. I think this cave was their first pack house, if I can say that. They may have moved into the castle after the number of pack members increased. I can ask Spe about this place if I will have a chance to talk to him.”   “Okay, but I think you’re right. Let’s see what we’ll find at the end of the cave.” I’m heading deeper into the cave.   After five more minutes of walking, I see a light at the end of the hallway. I can smell the forest. As I get closer to the source of the light, I can see a huge bush right in front of the exit. As I exit the cave, I’m met with a familiar part of the forest. The castle is about 70 meters away.    I look around to see if anyone is nearby and head to the tree where I left my clothes. I get dressed and head back to the castle. As I reach the fifth level I hear that someone is yelling at someone. It comes from Dimitri’s office, I’ll find out what’s going on.   “Don’t tell me that I’m wrong! I know! What I was supposed to do?! Jump on her and mate at the second I saw her at the training ground?!” Dimitri screamed    “No! But at least you should have treated her differently not like a stupid woman, from which she is far away. You know that she is different! She deserved to be treated better like the way you treated her!” Ian yelled back at Dimitri.   “I know! I’m stupid and I’m really sorry for my behavior. What I’m supposed to do? I can’t just stand in front of her and apologize for my behavior.” I’m hiding my scent from them, and since they “speak loudly”, I don’t think they have heard me.   “I think that’s enough for the beginning.” I said entering in his office.
