Betty's POV
I felt my pounding heart slowly slow down with my uneven breathing even as my hands wrapped tightly on the silver knife. He bolted towards me,the very next second barely giving me enough time to react. I was slammed to the ground harshly,which left a ringing sound in my ears and an overwhelming pain in my spine.
I was sure I had broken a rib or two as I groaned in pain,out of breath with his hands wrapped around my neck trapping me down. The knife had fallen out of my grip from the impact and desperately I tried reaching for it with my left hand.
“Submit mutt before this gets very ugly . If you submit now,I might even be able to forgive you”, he warned.
