Rachel collapsed on to the ground, breathing heavily and whining. "I'm going to die if I take one more step."
Ginny collapsed next to her, feeling a burn in every muscle and joint. "Me too. I think we can call it for this morning. We can meet up later this afternoon for yoga."
"We are going to need all the yoga and stretching we can get" Rachel laughed. She may have been hurting, but she had to admit that she felt great.
Ginny felt good too. They had started out the morning with a light run, followed by an hour of sparring, a rigorous work out and then a more challenging run through the woods near the pack house. Every muscle on Ginny's body was screaming.
