The Love of The Alpha

Elia looked around her room after turning of her morning alarm. As she sat up on her bed, rubbing her eyes and stretching her legs, she let out a big sigh. Today was her birthday, but she would not be celebrating. She was only an Omega, they did not get celebrations or parties. They had to work like every other day. She got up and took a shower. Just as she got out of the shower and wrapped her towel around herself and head back into her room to get dressed, Beta Alex barged into her room. Luckily, she had not pulled her towel off otherwise he would have seen everything. She pulled up her towel and wrapped it tightly around herself. As she started to blush, Beta Alex looked her up and down and smirked. Elia looked at the ground and quickly apologized. "Beta Alex, I did not expect any visitors so early.... I am sorry I am not dressed." He let out a little laugh, "Don't apologize, Elia, I like the view." Elia pulled up her towel more and blushed. Trying to quickly change the subject, she turned away from him to hide herself and asked "how can I help you, Beta Alex, do you need me for something urgent?" Before she knew it, he was close behind her, closer than she liked. "You know it's disrespectful to turn away from your superiors while they are speaking to you" he whispered in her ear. She felt the heat from his breath on her neck sending shivers down her spine. "I... I apologize, Beta Alex" she stuttered. In one quick movement, he turned her around to face him and grabbed her face, lifting it, so she had no option but to look into his eyes. His eyes started to glow yellow and her heart started to beat faster. " I did not mean to offend you, Beta Alex!" Elia pleaded. Alex laughed as he let go of her. "Alpha Kane wishes to see you in his office in 10 minutes. I should hope you will be wearing clothes when you go." She blushed as he turned around and left her room. She let out a sigh of relief and quickly got dressed. She splashed cold water on her face to cool herself off before she left for the Alphas office. She didn't want to seem flustered, knowing Alex would probably be there too. Alex was very different to Alpha Kane. He had not found his mate and had a reputation as a playboy among the Omegas. Alpha Kane, on the other hand, had found his mate and was loyal to his Luna. Elia left her room ready to go and see the Alpha. Lost in thought on they way, thinking about how she wishes to find her mate, wanting that unconditional love and someone to protect her. She had it all planned out in her head, how she would be running an errand and suddenly feel the tingles everyone talks about when you get close to your mate, how he would find her, and she would instantly know who he was. How he would take her away, and they would live together, like in the stories she read. Unfortunately, she knew Omegas rarely find their mates. This was just a dream. It would never be her reality. As she reached Alpha Kane's office she snapped out of her daydream, and before she could even knock on the door she heard Alpha Kane say "come in Elia." The Alphas abilities always amazed her. He was born in a pure Alpha bloodline, so he was a lot stronger than the other wolves. Even knowing this, it still amazed her. Elia opened the door and greeted Alpha Kane, waiting for him to give her permission to look at him. "Head up Elia, take a seat" he said with a kind voice. "Thank you, Alpha" she said with a smile, taking the seat he was gesturing to. "Would you like a drink while we wait for Beta Alex?" He smiled "late as usual." The thought of Alex made her blush knowing what had happened just 10 minutes earlier. A couple of seconds later, Alex walked in and took a seat next to Kane. "Now" said Alpha Kane. "I asked you here because we have a VERY important guest coming tomorrow and staying with us for a few days", he looked at Elia and smiled, "I have assigned you to look after him while he stays. You are the best Omega for the job" Elia smiled slightly at the praise her Alpha was giving her. "Thank you. Alpha, who is it I will be serving?" she asked. "The Wolf King" Elia looked on in shock. "I know what you are thinking, Omega Elia, I know you can handle this, I know you are ready." The Alpha reassured her. "I will place you in the room down the hall from his, so you are close if he needs anything. Other than that, serve him how you would serve me." "And make sure you are wearing more than a towel," Alex added with a giggle. After some talking, Elia stood up and thanked her Alpha for the opportunity. She walked back to her room and started to pack up some of her things.
