First Night

Our friends didn't stay long after dinner. I didn't object because I know that they wanted us to have time with each other before the week starts. Jake offered to clean up the kitchen so I went to take a warm shower to get ready for bed.

"Wow! You're fast!", I took the joke, but since we are together, I know I can freely express what I feel so I added, "but not fast enough. Next time, maybe, you are able to finish tidying up the kitchen before I am even done with my warm bath." 

He was surprised as he was not expecting me to be open to the idea this soon. "Are you serious? I'm taking your word for it. I will surely do that next time." I just gave him a wink.

"Are you sleepy now? You can go rest. I'll take care of everything. I'll sleep in the other room, as always." he mindlessly told me.

I went to hug him from the back and whispered in his ear, "I told you I am clingy when I am in a relationship. Don't you want to sleep with me, love?"

He turned around and said while closing his eyes, "Oh, Grace! Love, you really are driving me crazy! Are you sure you want me with you in bed?". "Up to you... C'mon. Come with me. I am very sleepy.
