LAURA The hours went by so slowly. The phones rang maybe five times in total. This is very slow for a Wednesday. I honestly have no idea how Frank stays so busy all the time coming in and out of the office on a day-to-day basis. It blows my mind. At 3:00 pm, my work phone rings once more. I quickly pick up the call as I anxiously fidget in my seat and spew out the greeting as if in autopilot mode, “Good Afternoon, thank you for calling Schumacher Insurance Group.
