26 Clint Murray had made it half way back to the ranch when he suddenly pulled his horse around and headed back to town. The images of Jacob petting and holding Netty at the party rolled over and over in his head. How had his weasel brother turned her head? He was nothing but a lazy, cheating self-serving fool. There seemed no end to the favor he had found in this town portraying himself as a reputable businessman and life partner for Netty. Blocking Clint's attempted success at both.
