»Chapter 1«
Year 1999
"Run Jane!" I heard her call again and again, but I watched in shock as she was shot. I was like in a rigidity, couldn't move and didn't bring a single word over my lips. "I love you my" her soul didn't even give her the strength to pronounce the last word. A tear ran over my cheek because I didn't know what was going on here caution. I knelt down to her and shaken her cold body. "Mom get up, I want to go home," I said in a trembling voice.I waited a few seconds for an answer so that I hadn't even noticed that the strangers were running towards me. One of them grabbed me roughly by the arm and separated me from my mother. He attacked the other to shoot at me. I closed my eyes and thought about my beautiful times in life. Playing soccer with my brother, catching playing with my best friend, cooking with my mother and cuddling with my father. Now I was waiting for my end, but nothing happened. I only heard the others whisper something and the one who held me clashed again and again "now finally does it". "It violates our code of shooting a small child," one now said aloud. "I'll take them with me and wait until the code allows me a green sign," one of them decided. "But I want to go home," I nuckled."Then show us your beautiful home" now I was confused why do they want to see my home? "I don't know the way. My mom knows the way, but she sleeps so tightly," I explained. I'm only 4 years old, but I knew that my mother wasn't sleeping and that they would do the same with my family. I knew the way, but I don't show it to the monsters. "You're getting a new home," one knelt in front of me and smiled at me confidently. "Stand on Larina" I'm already standing. "My name is Jane," I stomped my foot. "What do you say? Larina, you are late," the voice always became loud. People and the forest became darker and darker. I only saw black.
"Larina finally get up," I heard my father who pulling my blanket away. "I'm already awake," I yawned. "Then get ready for school," he complained. I opened my eyes and got up. "And who is Jane?" He asked strangely. "Any a little child who appears in my dreams," I shrugged the shoulders, because I didn't know who she was myself. " Hurry up so you can still have breakfast," he said before he left my room. I went to my wardrobe looking for light blue high Wells jeans and a belly-free T-shirt, took fresh underwear and took a shower. While the lukewarm water drips on my body, I thought about my dream. I often dreamed of the little girl Jane for whatever reason. I always forgot the faces that appeared in this dream as soon as I woke up. I had the feeling that I knew the people, but how didn't I know. After taking a shower, I got dressed, brushed my teeth, put some maskara on my eyes and blow-dried my hair. Finished, I went down for breakfast. I poured coffee into my glass and took a croissant. "Hone up, I don't want to be late," my half-sister Mona bitched around. Yes, my half-sister. My biological mother died when I was 3 years old from incurable cancer. When I was 5 years old, my father married a beautiful woman and a year later they have a child together. My stepmother didn't like me, which is why Mona didn't like me very much. Both made my life difficult and my father did nothing about it. I didn't feel at home here because no one really stands up for me. "Let's go," she shouted from the hallway. I got up, put on my shoes and jacket and went to the garage. There was my Ford Fiesta.I got in and waited for the Mona entry. "Now get in, we have to go," I shouted. The same thing every morning. First she stresses me out because she doesn't want to be late and in the end I have to wait for her. She got in and sparkled at me badly.
On the way to school, as always, I pick up my best friend Elena, as she lives right on my way there. I've known her since I was little and we've never had such a real argument. We always agreed and our taste was hardly different. She had brown long hair, blue eyes and a slim figure. She got in the back because Mona was of course sitting in the front. After not too long a ride, we heard a strange noise, but didn't think anything about it until the car finally came to a stop and I felt a bad feeling in my stomach. I tried to restart the car a thousand times but nothing worked, which is why I got off annoyed and opened the hood. A hot steam hit me, I waved my hand and looked where the problem came from. Can you do that?" Elena asked next to me and holds her hand protectively in front of her face so as not to get smoke. "I don't even know where the steam comes from," I murmured disappointingly and closed the hood. "and what do we do now?" Mona hacked. "We're running so we're not late," I shrugged my shoulders and took my bag out of the car."and your car?" Elena asked. "I'll write a message to my father, he should take care of it," I said and locked the car. "But I don't want to walk," Mona complained. "We don't have another choice now," I shouted at her halfway and ran off. The distance would have to be about 15 minutes away on foot.
