Arko went deathly white as he saw the man at the entrance. He froze and Miloni lifted her face and glanced at him.
“What is it Arko? Why do you look so tense?”
“Don’t turn around but there is Muneer standing at the entrance and he has a gun with him. I think he works for Tuhin. I will slowly move back and you follow me.”
Nodding, Miloni did as she was told but she was aware that Arko didn’t know she too had a gun to confront such intruders. After all, she was trained to take care of such situations. However, right then, she did as she was told. She followed Arko and exited via the kitchen door.
